I traveled from Maryland to Texas to visit a friend, and we had the pleasure of trying Pav Bhaji and Samosa Chaat. The flavors were absolutely delightful, and the service was excellent, making it one of the finest Indian culinary experiences I’ve had here!

Very authentic homestyle Indian street food with great balance of flavors. Everything we had was great like the pao bhaji & mango lassi, but the dahi puri and vada pao were excellent and need special mention. The ragda patty was also flavorful but felt a li’l pricier at 8$. Will surely be back to try more. The service was great as well.

Tried pav bhaji, ragda parties, dahi puri & vada pav!!! Everything was delicious. Vada pav was so perfect and balanced in taste. Her taste in everything is amazing. You can ask for spicy level. I would recommend not asking for spicy n get howsoever it comes as. It’s a food truck, has two sitting benches outside it and it in gas station parking lot. Easy to miss n not visible from main road.
Not exaggerating, chat is really good. Prices are reasonable to the quality of food. Quality of food is really something to look forward. I also did try mango lassi n it’s just so refreshing in taste. Made from fresh mangoes. Authentic Indian food made by real hardworking Indian lady.

Finally an Indian food truck that comes close to the taste aspect of authentic Bombay street food. The food here is delicious, however, being from Mumbai and as a lover of street food there are definitely certain items they can improve:
1. Traditional sev puri potato masala has tomatoes in it finished with chana dal and chat masala which is missing here, this will take their sev puri to another level.
2. Masala tea can be better if they add mint leaves, cardamom ,or some sort of tea masala to give it a kick, or else it tastes like a regular tea.
3. I hope they add misal paav to their menu. I don’t think there are any Indian restaurants/food trucks offering that in San Antonio, so definitely a good differentiator.

One thing they need to work on is serving food quick; the wait time is very high for a food truck serving street food. Other than that, definitely a must try!

First time tried it and had a bad experience, based on the review and recommendations we kicked things off with the Peri Peri Sandwich, It felt like someone got lazy with the toasting part. The bread was not even crisp, it seemed like they just slapped some cold sandwich masala between slices. Not the epic sandwich experience we were hoping for, to be honest.

Then came the Chilli Paneer. Picture this: Paneer pieces swimming in hot red water. Seriously, it looked like someone went overboard with the food coloring. But here’s the kicker – it had no taste. Like, zero. It left us questioning whether the Paneer had ever met a spice or if it was just there for a soak.
