I never thought I would write a review like this, especially because I have previously given this location a five-star review. World of Beer has always been my favorite place. I am a loyal customer, I’ve visited multiple locations, and this was the very first place I came to when I moved to Florida. That’s why what happened tonight was especially disappointing.
The night actually started on a good note. The atmosphere was nice, and there was live music, which made the experience enjoyable at first.
At 9:49 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 12:00 AM, the manager, Alexander Gonzales, instructed the bartenders to stop serving us based purely on an assumption that my husband had hiccups and therefore must have been “over his limit.” There was no respectful conversation, no explanation, and no attempt to assess the situation directly with us.
At no point was I disrespectful. I raised my voice only because the situation was unfair and poorly handled, and I was trying to understand his actions. Instead of explaining or de-escalating, he used my reaction, which was caused by his own abrupt and unjustified approach, as the reason to ask us to leave.
That is not responsible service. That is poor leadership and misuse of authority. Because of this experience, I will no longer recommend this location nor consider it my favorite. Sadly, a place I once trusted lost that status tonight.

This is my first time coming to World of Beer, and probably be my last. I liked the outdoor seating area and the fun atmosphere of the place, but it was way too loud; mostly because there was a large party. The service was good and took care of everything well.
However, the food is a different story. The appetizers were great, especially the cheese curds and Parmesan fries. However, the main entrees were a total let down. My burger was fine, and it didn’t have anything special about it. Plus my Mac and Cheese was bad. At first the plate was burning hot so I wanted to send it back, and then it was cold in the middle. Didn’t care eating it at all. Overall, don’t recommend.

My son suggested hey I’ll take you and Dad out to dinner so he decided how about world of beers never heard of it before so we decided to give it a shot and Aniah was our waitress and the service was spot on the food was awesome the atmosphere was great.
So we decided to come back three days later and then we had our waitress Michaela and the service was spot on again so it shows me that this restaurant is pretty consistent with their food and their service give it a shot you’ll love it

This is a pretty fun environment, the staff is happy and the food reflects this. You wouldn’t expect to receive food of this caliber in a bar type setting, but it was really good.

World of beer has a good selection of beers and their food is delicious! I remember a time where world of beer didn’t sell food but I am so glad they do now. Their food does not disappoint!! Their Philly is hands down my favorite Philly!! Their aioli sauce that comes with the truffle fries is so tasty!! The service was great and they had deals for game day being that it was Sunday when we went. The beer cheese nachos were so good and being only 7$ for a nice portion is a great deal!!! We will be back!

I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and always had a very positive experience, which makes this most recent visit especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the service from our waitress was poor. She was inattentive and unresponsive throughout the meal.
Because of this, I asked to speak with the manager, Alex or Alexander, hoping the issue could be addressed. Instead, he was also rude and dismissive, which only escalated the situation rather than resolving it. This lack of professionalism from both staff and management significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the restaurant has shown in the past that it is capable of providing much better service.

I wish I could give a zero star. From the start, the server had an attitude. Each time we wanted Something to order she would roll her eyes. Our evening was ruined because of that server. We left as she said she’s closing our tab. Not once she spoke to us nicely or why she is closing the tab, said we will not serve you. We saw One of the table told that server something and she immediately judged us, and said she’s closing our tab. We were not finished with our drinks, and she started to pick it up with rudeness. The way she put our check on the table and walked off without explanation, never came back. She needs to learn proper customer service, and how to speak to others if she’s working in this industry. I hope this gets addressed to her. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
