Absolutely wonderful!
I order the seafood platter and it was beautifully cooked. The cod came in the form of what looked like commercially made breadsticks, I was prepared to be disappointed but they were absolutely wonderful. Perfectly cooked and the cod was fresh. Definitely five-star meal for me. But my partner had their omelette and hash browns. and unlike 90% of the other diners I go to nobody knows how to properly cook hash browns. Most diners. They come back slightly Brown and almost still cold. They’re hash. Browns are absolutely beautiful. And omelet is probably the best my partners ever had. Definitely eat here. You won’t be disappointed.

Fisherman’s Restaurant is located on the road leading to the Crescent City Harbor. There is a gift shop upon entering the restaurant. On the walls, there was an interesting display of art and history.
The Denver Omelet was good and was served with a side of hashbrowns. Portions were large.
Parking was convenient. The menu seemed pricey, but it might be a California “thing” as we noticed a significant difference in cost from the Midwest.

Came in for breakfast, which was very good. Camping nearby and came in for happy hour- the cheddar bombs are incredible!! Oyster shooters were two large fresh oysters – yum and the loaded baked potatoes were good too. We will be back

It was quite busy when we got here today for lunch – and we had to wait around 10 minutes or so for a table to be made available. It was so worth the wait. Best clam chowder we’ve all had in the longest time – tasty and filling, the crackers were great too. My husband had fried oysters which he loved. Our new college graduate had the best calamari we’ve all had – perfect breading with the hugest calamari inside. The upgrade to parmesan for the french fries is worth the additional 2 dollars. My sis in law had the shrimp cocktail which she loved and brother in law had the mushrooms which was also perfect. This place offers real comfort food that is unpretentious and just plain delicious. A must-visit if you are in sleepytown Crescent City.

We were so hungry after a full day of hiking and were looking for sea food. We arrived here an hour before closing. They have a gift shop inside also. We got the shrimp w/ chips and fish w/ chips along with house salad. The fries were crispy and golden. I loved it. The prawns and fish were battered nicely and fried well. The salad was made from fresh ingredients. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend for everyone looking for fresh seafood. The shrimp felt like it was caught right after we ordered it – so fresh! Plus they have ample parking around.

We had dinner tonight and it was good. The fish and chips was a very generous portion and the French fries were very tasty but served warm. The salmon was good. The clam chowders we both thought was delicious. The Cole slaw was served in a small portion condiment cup. Don’t know why so small but it needed more dressing. Overall we had a very nice dinner.

Got the 4 piece Ling cod and chips and it did not disappoint! Probably the biggest portions of fish I’ve received anywhere in my life. Beer batter is on point and the fish to batter ratio is super proper. I know where I’ll be stopping for fish and chips next time I’m in town.

My wife and I stopped here for Breakfast after staying at a nearby motel to visit the Redwood Forest and enjoyed it so much we came back again the next day. We are. both good cooks and love good tasting food. The omeletts, hash browns, incredibly fresh avocado’s, biscuits, and gravy were all cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you try this restaurant.

There were two in our party and we ordered fish with onion rings and a bowl of chili.
We asked to try the potato salad and it was sweet. It taste like store-bought potato salad. So we went with the onion rings. The onion rings were also lightly sweet. We don’t care for sweet foods so this didn’t make for A great experience eating onion rings at this restaurant. The fish was good. What was nice about it is that the fish was flaky and not too greasy. The tartar sauce was not good. There was too much dill. The tartar sauce tasted of dill and mayonnaise. It was runny. The coleslaw was old. It wasn’t crisp. It was old The chili tasted like canned chili. Although it was not bad, but for the price, it wasn’t worth the price. There was ample of amounts of onions and cheese, though. We won’t go back again.
