I ordered two burgers from Wing And Burger Factory today and the pictures below show you the quality that they offer at the restaurant in Houston West Jackson Crossing. It is absolutely disgusting. I called the store ended up speaking to the manager who told me next time to alter my order because her employees weren’t paying attention because it’s a busy day, which is absolutely unacceptable. Please order from this store with caution. This is not the first issue I have had with the quality of food from this restaurant and the manager on duty today which is Sunday, 14 September should really reevaluate her responses to paying customers shame on you, Wing And Burger.

This WNB Wings is better than ever. The new owners were incredibly nice, accommodating, and genuinely great to talk to. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the experience they’re creating here.
The food was well made, wings cooked just right. Everything felt welcoming and well run by them. This location is slowely out doing the others in the area. If you haven’t been in since the new owners took over, it’s definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend

Ordered off uber eat but have eaten there before and am never satisfied. The order is never correct, the chicken is always dry or undercooked, and not worth the price. The only thing worth eating is the cheese steak egg roll and it’s overpriced big time. Plus you will spend more than 35 minutes ordering and waiting on the food…only to be unhappy with the result.

I really enjoyed the first experience to this location. The staff were all friendly and helpful with choosing my food. We ordered the classic lemon pepper, honey hot and the fan favorite BBQ. Will try the other food options like the burgers and smoothies soon

Nice and clean store very friendly staff. The hamburgers have no flavor. The wings are very small and fried very crispy. This is my first time here and probably my last it’s just not the right fit for me when it comes to wings so far Johnny’s Pizza is winning.

Had a large pick up order that they had ready and prepared barely after opening. Super communicative, sweet, and hard working staff. I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts that made this last minute order possible and our team LOVED the wings. So many flavors and wings that are better quality and cheaper than any fast food place. It was also super clean and again, the staff was so nice. Definitely will be coming here more often

One of the hardest restaurants to actually order from. Website says not taking orders half the time. Call before they close no answer. When to the door and had to decipher multiple sighs about the lobby closing hour before the restaurant. It easier to translate mandarin across the parking lot..
Clerk says of it’s so no one comes in and we can get home to spend time with our families. All the fast food restaurants close around close their dining rooms and hour before close.
1. We are paying to buy your food. 2. If you don’t want to work past 7:30 don’t get a job at a restaurant. 3 Not everyone eats at 5 pm because it takes till 8 to get home. 4. The fast food restaurants close at 11, lock the doors at 10 because statistically the get jacked just before closing.
