‼️The food portion size is good and it tastes good. But my complaint is with the cashier.
I wasn’t sure what to order, and she kept pressuring me. Even though there weren’t any other customers waiting, she was rude. I don’t want that kind of service, since she’s not going to give me free food. They need to improve the way they talk to customers.!! I never come back here .

We ordered Mochi chicken but when we got our plate it was totally different. Cashier kept trying to reassure us about the Mochi Chicken but when we showed her our plate it looked like Regular Minute Chicken. she said that mochi chicken looks like that and she has been serving it like that for 18 years.We had no clue what it was. The chicken tasted horrible. They were lazy and did not help us any way. She was even ignoring us when we were trying to come up to her at the counter. Don’t not recommend ordering here

I used to come here often before I moved. Now that I’m back, I thought I’d order a chicken katsu again. I was the only one in the restaurant. The cashier, a woman with glasses, gave me such an attitude despite just ordering my food. As I was trying to eat, she was pushing chairs into the tables and was giving me stink eye as if I was going to steal something. She then proceeds to say some back handed comments out loud about me as if I’m not sitting here eating my food. I should’ve said something back, but decided to take my food and leave. The service was disgusting and can’t believe how bad this restaurant has become. Not surprising to see other reviewers with similar experiences. If the owner wants to comment on this review to “give you a call” or “email you about my experience” don’t even bother. You’ve just lost another customer. Until that cashier gets an attitude adjustment or fired, I’m taking my business elsewhere. At least the workers at Oh My Grill or Zippys aren’t insulting their customers body shape or skin color. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant this L&L is.

The food is good, but their prices online DO NOT MATCH the prices in the store. We were charged over 30% more for our dinner and when we told them the prices online, they said, ” Well we raised our prices,” and they didn’t honor their advertised price.
Customer service at the Pearl City branch needs a bit of work.

I walked in at around 9:56am. Two employees walked in as I’m waiting in the front. One tells me to wait and I said “okay, that’s fine. No problem.” Then another employee walks in after them. Looks at me in disgust, goes behind the counter to tell me “sit down and wait” and she said it twice in a rude manor. I sit down, look up their hours and see they’re not open yet. I felt put off by the attitude I got for literally just standing there in silence and not complaining at all so I left and got food somewhere else. I was completely fine with waiting but the attitude was unnecessary. If you’re not open yet then don’t leave your doors unlocked for anyone to walk in. And when you see people in your restaurant it wouldn’t kill you to be polite.

For some reason, I was treated rudely by the same staff person for absolutely no reason I can think of. Others , seemed to be treated more nicely by her. I am quite confused about this. The food was great. Portions a plenty.

L&L is excellent. We have gone twice, once to hit a dinner and then the next morning for loco moco. Proces are fine, atmosphere is typical, customer service is very personal and friendly. Great staff.
