I visited this location on my lunch break. I ordered a 10 piece wing meal. I always frequent wnb factory so I tried this new location. They charged me 75 cents for a blue cheese dressing because I needed 3 and they only give you one free with a 10 piece which isn’t enough sauce for a ten piece. The guy at the front counter was not inviting or helpful. My meal was supposed to come with a drink, but he did not advise that that drink had to be a fountain drink that I could not get a bottle drink and a bottle drink would be a dollar extra when I said I would take it. He told me I could not swipe my card again because it at least had to be five dollars for me to swipe my card so I did not end up with a bottle drink whatever ever happened to the customers is always right? Those will be the only establishments I visit never this one again now I do love WNB factory. I just won’t come to this location.

Please e plain why an order of 10 wings come with 6 drums and 4 flats when every chicken wing comes with one of each. Then you charge an extra $2 for all flats. Is life this bad??? And train your employees to be respectful. We don’t owe them. I won’t be spending my money for rude service.

The wings however – while cooked properly are criminally small and for the price. I understand small wings are a thing etc but these are like little baby chicken wings.
I eat a lot of wings and these are some of he smallest I have ever had. It wouldn’t be an issue but they charge a big wing price.
Sauces were great.
I want to like this place but it will be a challenge for me to want to go back vs Publix wings or nearby Jo’s unless they increase the size of the wings – there’s just no meat on them!

Me and my fiancé have been ordering from this place a few times over the past few months but our three most recent orders have been HORRIBLE! The wings I received last night seem to have been fried in old grease or fish grease and were the most disgusting wings I have ever had. I ordered a chicken philly sandwich a few days prior that was nothing but huge chunks of chicken on an old bun. No mayonnaise, no onions, no peppers no NOTHING. The wings my fiancé received last week were soft and not even cooked throughly. We spend way too much money here for the food to be half cooked and throw together. Last night was my last time ordering from this location! There are other places in the area to patronize.

I called at 9:27pm to place a pick up order (they close at 10 pm). He asked how long would it take for me to get there before I placed my order. I said 12 minutes (ETA 9:39 pm) he said “uh we’re actually about to close”. THEN DON’T PICK UP THE PHONE BUDDY. No wonder why y’all have bad reviews. I’m glad I can add to the pile. This location’s food is mid anyways

Great customer service but I’ve found medium length, dark hair in my celery on two occasions now. I didn’t make a fuss about the first incident (I just threw the celery out) but twice is unacceptable.

Ordered take out and met the owner. He is genuine and working hard to make his business successful. The cheesesteak, fried rice and wings were good will be back again. Service was fast.

The young Asian guy working there must be miserable and is causing this restaurant to lose business because he can’t figure out how to charge for bourbon sauce on the side and he’s lying about the fact that it just already comes on the burger before being cooked. I’ve never heard someone pitch such a fit about including a different sauce on the side, but he just had to be difficult.

Ordered via DoorDash as a pick up order. Received 6 peace, honey, garlic bone in wings with fries picked order up got all the way home wings were rock hard picked up one of the wings, and you can literally bang it on my counter and it sounded like a rock drove all the way to the store to request them to remake my food lady at counter called the owner and the owner refused. I will never ever purchase from this place again.Owner or management is awful and greedy
