Came in and tried to order a Korean burger, simply asked for pickles on the side because I eat them and my husband does not(sharing). Was told we could not do that. I was stunned. The cashier was extremely rude and unaccommodating with such a simple request. This was my first time here and I will never return. We went across the street to Touch down wings and was greeted with a smile and was able to get our pickles on the side.

I only gave 4 stars because I had both great and good food service. Food is usually A-1. I have caught them towards the end of the night and the grease made the food taste nasty. You can tell it was time to change it. But it won’t stop me from coming back!

WNB don’t pick up the phone for you to place A order. You have to go there to just to make a order. Yes W&B I am very disappointed with you guys. We Order a “12” piece chicken tender I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes so we went to food. Depot bought some rice because the rice at WNB is very expensive and they don’t even give you enough rice so when I got home with my kids and my husband I made some fried rice to go with our chicken tenders. We open the box And serving it to each other and had a piece of long hair wrapped around the “Honey chicken tenders” the chicken tenders are very expensive already $21 for a 12 piece. this is why we don’t eat out if I wasn’t A observe person we would of ate the chicken but I’m so observing when I eat I look at my food when I eat picking through my food when I eat food from outside restaurants. that long piece of hair was wrapped around the chicken tenders we put that chicken tenders right back in the box, I don’t play about that. That’s why people get sick and do not know why.

I really was craving some wings tonight and I honestly only eat flats. I might have ordered or wanted 30 flats so I was willing to pay for whatever amount I would be able to purchase. But I was told by management tonight that I can’t order flats alone tonight at any amount.

I placed my order online and clearly marked no onions and when I got there to pick up the order the rice was full of onions!!! I advised him ordered ordered rice with no onions because I’m allergic and he looked at me like he didn’t understand English and said oh we don’t know that it’s in there now!! I am completely floored.. he had no care or emotion that they messed up my 2 orders of rice and I just wasted $20. I almost threw that food in his face he was so nonchalant!! I had to give to food to my neighbor and buy something else

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed as my husband and I order food from here often. I placed a pickup order online 30 minutes before closing time. When I came to the counter the manager said the food was already picked up. I asked him how could that be when I just arrived. I showed him how I placed the order and paid online. He told me I would need to request a refund online. I sat in the lobby and went to the website and asked him where to request the refund . He told me he had no clue and couldn’t help me. He advised he couldn’t remake my order because the grill was closed and all he could offer was me disputing the charge with my bank. I followed the instructions and disputed the charge. The dispute was then denied because the owner sent a photo of the person he gave my food away to as me. He lied and said I received my food even though I didn’t and he is the one that instructed me to dispute the charge. Now I can’t get my money back. I spent over $50 on food for my family.
