I just ordered a 12 inch cheeseSTEAK but they gave me a diced chicken sandwich then I tried to call to get it right and NO ANSWER! They do not care about thier customers at all Not eating this mess! What a waste! If y’all are this incompetent then don’t take orders!

First time at this place, it’s kinda tucked away but glad we found it. We were greeted by the girl behind the counter, we ordered the single bacon steak burgers and fries and fired pickles! Since it’s made to order, we waited about 10 minutes for the food and it was worth it. Burgers and fries we good, lots of flavor. The star of the show however, was the fried pickles!! They are thick, with a good coating and they tasted great! Overall impressed, will have to come back and try the wings but for the burgers, frys and pickles, 5 stars all day.

Insanely rude cashier who began cussing us because I inquired why my wings were half the size they used to be (see picture below) and the cashier was insanely rude to us, I asked for the manager, and eventually the cashier started telling us to get the “f” out and refused to give us money back. She repeatedly told us that she hates her job and we would be doing her a favor if we got her fired.

Why are there tables placed in front on the cash register? It’s difficult enough for me to fork over $11 for a cheeseburger that’s a third of the size I make at home and nearly as small as the Krystal burgers. The fries were crisp but not hot. Overall, this is a one and done place for me.

The food was mediocre. I placed an online order and went to pick up. Long wait even though the place was empty. Two employees working the front just steady gossiping. Food lacked flavor and the grease filled the bag. Overpriced for quality. Not impressed.

Great price in my opinion. Better than a fast food meal. Friendly and fast service. Was nervous about their special sauce but it was good. Burger was juicy and cheese melted perfectly!
