I’m a broke as hell student who wants to spend my money where it’s actually valued and worth it. The staff here is actually so terrible and RUDE. Who hired these people? I ordered a normal cheese with olives and pineapple, and got this hard, thin crust sheet of steel. I was put on an infinite hold multiple times before someone got to me when I called to talk about the brick they threw at me. Pizza came cold and hard as a rock. Not metaphorically. Actually. The only height is the burnt, dry bubbles from the dough that takes up 2/3 of the entire pizza. It’s the kind of food that you need to chew with your mouth open just to be able to swallow. Someone needs to replace this location with a Pizza Hut. They actually value their customers and don’t serve rocks. Won’t be spending my money here ever again.
I called for a refund or even just another pizza. Anything to make up for the disaster they sent me. Obviously, as bad as this location is, they were rude, hung up on me, and then I called back and they said “no.”
The pizza was so bad that my therapist will be hearing about it at our next session.
Also, the manager Aliyah is a real piece of work. Not in a good way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Manager Alia was extremely rude. They sent us the wrong pizzas and when I called to tell them, they kept putting me on hold, and after the third try, they said they won’t do anything about it because “this is our style.” Pizza was extremely hard and cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Order from another store, not this one.

I order takeout so I use the Domino’s app. Great option for eating on campus and the app has a lot of coupon options so my meal is super cheap. I just arrived and picked my order quickly and was able to leave. They took about 10 min to make my order.

TERRIBLE! Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:45 tonight. According to the tracker it was out of the oven at 7:15 pm. By 8:35 pm, it still hadn’t shown up and we tried calling just to be put on endless hold. So, since we are only about a mile from the store, we drove there. Doors were locked and the employee in the back refused to come to the door even though I know he could hear and see me. I finally was able to get through on the phone and the employee claimed it was just because they were “so busy.” I get that it was busy tonight; however there’s no excuse for an employee blatantly ignoring a customer. It’s now 9 pm and the order FINALLY showed up and it is ICE COLD. This dominos needs serious help.

This place needs new management.
About 80% of the time, it’s great. Sometimes, however, I’ve been told it would be 10-15 minutes and waited over 60-90 minutes for a pizza. This is unacceptable. A ticket 60+ minutes is honestly despicable.
I understand that rushes happen, I can see them hustling like crazy, but good management could improve the team. Ignoring the phone and working harder isn’t the solution. Get it together, turn off online ordering if you need to, and plan ahead.
Twice I’ve ordered on a Saturday night and waited hours for my food. It doesn’t take a data scientist to know this will happen again. A good manager could prepare and have a better team ready.
I also wouldn’t be nearly as upset if the app was more transparent about wait times. If I knew it would take that long, I wouldn’t have bothered.

Have ordered over a dozen different times and hadn’t had any major issues until recently. Now there’s an issue with every order. This time it has taken well over an hour and still no pizza. I live 3 miles away.

I usually don’t ever write reviews but you need to be warned about this place. I ordered one large pizza at 11pm online. the online website directed us to the “closest” dominoes there was to us. we kept track of it and it said it was ready by 11:30 and it would soon be delivered. We waited till 12 to call and they told us they only had one delivery driver for the whole saturday night but our pizza was next to be delivered. Anyways we waited 4 hours for our one pizza, we tried calling them to check they wouldn’t answer, we drove to the pizza place at 1 am they wouldn’t let us in said they were closed. This place has bad communication and isn’t a well run pizza place. when the driver called us he was just saying how far away we were and that he had to drive here and he would be there in 5 min. we waited another hour and a half to find out he got another dominoes to do it and told them the wrong address . we ended up waiting till 2:30 AM. and got no response and i called them and just told them to cancel it because we waited over 4 hours and they were not even in the same spot. there was no sincerity in any of the workers especially for having a customer wait almost a whole shift for one pizza and we even tried to go pick it up. i understand if they were short staffed but they should have communicated better and given us an honest ETA instead of saying “ oh yeah i should be there in 4 minutes” and having to wait another 2 and half hours. Ridiculous
