I order from this restaurant because they claim not to use frozen chicken, but this location definitely does. The chicken has an unpleasant smell, is extremely dry, and the texture is so tough it’s like chewing on a tree branch.

The customer service sucks here. When I was ordering I asked if there was a combo. She told me no. So I ordered and when I arrived at the store and paid. It looks as though I over paid. So I asked her if I can change so that I can get the combo. She said no it’s already made I told her I’m still getting the same food just taking advantage of the combo to get fries and the drink as well. She said no you already paid I can change it. I tried my best to explain to her that I’m not canceling the food I’m still getting it but can she charge it so that I get the combo. She lost it and said no way. Never coming back to this location. The chicken is not good either. The Duluth location is so much better.

I came to WNB for me and my family of 4s dinner. As soon as i entered i was greeted so warmly by Norel and Lydia. Customer service was 10/10. Food came out very quickly and I was just amazed by how delicious everything was. I will definitely be coming back

I called in to get a resolution but no one will respond. Staff will overcook your wings then turn items over so you can’t see the burnt and/ overcooked disaster that is presented to you. We did not ask for extra crispy. These were so overcooked that the meat was non-existent and the bones broke pulling away the skin. We were given food that should have been thrown in the garbage. We should be getting a refund. We were promised a call from the mgr but it never happened. We supported them at the Buford Hwy location and followed them over to Suwanee. The quality had been going down but this was the final disgusting meal that we will accept. I have pics but Google is not letting me attach them. STOP SUPPORTING BUSINESS WHO ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY TO GIVE YOU CRAPPY FOOD AND POOR MGT

I literally love this place so so much the food is top-tier. The customer service is on a whole different playing field like they make sure your order is good. There’s times where I’ve even gotten an extra wing. They’re not skimping on the fries. The flavors are impeccable and overall I just love this place. Also go get the honey garlic with lemon pepper on top. Don’t say I never put you on.

The wait time was minimal! Combo is wings, fries, and drink only (does not include celery, ranch, etc). I would recommend seeing your order before picking up, as it may need more sauce, seasoning, etc.

The burgers at this place were exceptional!!!!I can’t even remember the last time I had a burger this good. I live 45 minutes away from this location and I will be eating here again soon ♂️I can’t help it I love a good flavorful burger!

I placed an order and when i got to the store, i learned that the order had ben “cancelled by the app”. They did not offer to make it quickly for me while I waited. It looks like it was a hangout for some people instead of a restaurant because no one in the place was eating.

Not sure if the picture will do justice but ordered food here Uber eats and my Coke came bet discolored as if it’s old. This is unacceptable because what if teenagers or an elder ordered this a not attentive to check food/drinks. Do better and stop cutting corners. Quality over quantity. I won’t be going back ever again.
