I visited this location on Monday and was blown away by the service from Tehya, Audrianna, and Raelynn. These three ladies were absolutely amazing, handling a constant flow of customers with total professionalism and grace.
It was disappointing, however, to see that the manager, Zach, was nowhere to be found when the team clearly needed support. These three employees are essentially running the shop on their own and performing at a level far above their current roles. Given the leadership gap and the fact that they are carrying this location, they truly deserve a significant raise. They are the only reason for this 5-star review!

Long story short, don’t waste your time and money on overpriced and bad quality “food” from this establishment.

I Went through the drive through at the Houston Lake Rd and Hwy 96 store, on 12/26/2025 at about 8 pm. Ordered 2 quesadillas and a bowl of queso for my wife and I, totaling nearly $50. Absolutely outrageous to start with, but was expecting a quality meal. Got my food after waiting about 20 minutes and returned home, a drive of about 8 minutes. When I arrived home and opened the bag, it already started off badly, as the quesadillas were only partially wrapped in foil and ingredients were spilling out in the bag. Began eating and found the food was not prepared properly, bland, cheese was not even melted, and the meat was hard like it had been refrigerated and set back out multiple times. I called and spoke with the night shift manager, Aubrey, to which she told me I could bring the food back and get a full refund. As this was now near 8:50 pm I would not make it to the store by closing, I was told that I could come in the next day and speak with the morning manager, Jacobian(spelling?), and get a full refund. I went back in around 1 on 12/27/2025. The morning manager, initially offered to remake the food, to which I replied no thank you, I was told I could get a full refund. He tried to process that request through their System but was not able to. He called the GM, which resulted in me being told that a refund was not possible as it was the next business day. This is unacceptable. I purposely did not go to a regular fast food restaurant, expecting a larger price, but quality food. Someone should be held accountable for this gross, no pun intended, oversight in quality and company policy. Surely, it should not be the paying customers.

TLDR: Don’t waste your time and money on this overpriced Tex-Mex, just go to Taco Bell.

Tehya, and Aubree were amazing! So kind and very professional. 5 stars all the way my fiancée and I came in just before closing and were treated very well despite the time. We were not rushed. Would come again because of the staff.

I’ve always liked Moe’s but this particular location I will not return to. My burrito was really bad. Tortilla was cold and hard, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, and the overall taste was just bad. The chips were the only saving grace on this one.

Ordered adult entree and kids meal, advised cashier that it didn’t take off kids meal price. His response oh we don’t do that, I asked since when he said he didn’t know?!?! I just feel like people here just don’t care about customer service or doing right by the customers. A bad experience every single time!

The one in Bonaire is not as good as it used to be. Typically the rice is undercooked and their “cilantro lime” rice is just plain white rice that they squirt lime juice in when they put it in the serving pan, it used to be really flavorful and cooked differently. The queso is hit and miss, this time miss. It was an orangy brown color because it was “over done”. The chips at other locations are thin and crispy like they are supposed to be, but every time lately here they are hard and tough. Every time I ordered ahead to-go at this one, something about my order would be wrong.

Every time we go to the south we have to stop at a Moe’s since we don’t have this by Chicago and all the time it’s fire we love their adobo chicken with cilantro rice so flavorful.

This locations by far has been the most clean we every been and employees are really nice.

I placed an online order at Moe’s for dinner for my family, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The steak in the bowl was not actual steak—it was mostly fat—and the overall presentation was unacceptable. I called and spoke with a manager that evening, but the issue was not resolved.

The following morning, I called again and was shocked when the store manager accused me of trying to get free food from a small business in the community. As a nurse who serves this community, I take great offense to that. I don’t have to scam anyone for food—I paid honest money for a meal that fell far below acceptable standards.

After this experience and reading similar reviews from others, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location. I expected better service and professionalism.

Y’all want a higher wage but can’t complete basic tasks. The service here is horrible and the restaurant is filthy. My order was a single burrito and you somehow managed to screw that up. Look at the picture, it looks like you just balled it up like you were getting ready to throw it in the trash can. Do better seriously. Asked for some sour cream and never got that.
