I had issues with Wise Guys back in the day with the old owner. But things have gotten so much better. Tonight the guy who took my order, made my pie, and checked me out was so chill and polite and really cared about making sure I got my money’s worth. The results were great, I almost ate the whole large myself in one sitting (don’t tell my doctor).

Not the worst tasting pizza. Extremely light on ingredients even when you pay for extra. The sauce is nowhere near the edge of the crust. And look at those olives. Lol. With some management and quality control this place has some potential.

Highly allergic to onions. Got the wrong pizza and when I was explaining it to the chick she hung up on me! She could have caused me death and she didn’t care one bit! Working in the delivery business for 7 years. Pepperoni and sausage should be the simplest damn pizza to make! Called to speak to the manager and the second guy refused to put him on the line! Then hung up on me when I asked why was the order not checked before delivery! That’s the first thing a driver does. Worked for 7 years and now a delivery manager! Wow never ordering from this place again. Wondering why columbia is sinking. 3rd time the guy was slick and changed his voice tone to pretend he was manager I didn’t fall for it but just ended it there as I have more dignity. If it’s not off my card by the end of the week I’ll report a fraudulent charge as I had the calls recorded to where they said they would.

I am from Chicago and I know pizza. Think their deep dish is very simular to Chicago style but Chicago’s choice in sausage is more meatier. Very good pizza though. 8 out of 10 overall… thanks…

I picked up a large stuffed pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, black olives, and garlic today. It’s spectacular. Thank you to the gentleman that made my pizza, it’s delicious. You really did give it your all, and the twists in the crust looked great!

Since they advertise that they are Chicago style pizza, I tried a large deep dish with pepperoni and bacon bits as well as an order of cinnamon sticks. I feel like it was a really good value (a lot of food for a good price) and that the food was really good. I didn’t want to give it 5 stars because I’ve had deep dish pizza in Chicago and it wasn’t quite that, but I would recommend giving them a try. This is the closest thing that I have found in Columbia MO to a good Chicago Deep dish.
They also have another style that sounded good but I haven’t tried yet where they put crust on top and bottom (like a pie). And have cheese and toppings inside and some on top. The description of it sounded like so much food and sounded a bit intimidating over the phone, so I stuck with the Chicago style.
The cinnamon sticks were just okay. They were on pizza crust and were dense and dry. The cinnamon was maybe baked on, because it didn’t seem like there was any butter or other oil holding it on. I thought they were fine and you get a lot of sticks for a good price. But next time I probably won’t order a large (I was feeding 4 people and we only ate about half of the sticks).

Staff left my pizza on the bar, and did not let me know my order was ready. Didn’t know it was ready at all. One of the 7 people at the bar(patrons). Told me it’s not a big deal it was only there for ten min. Contacted management. They refused to remedy the situation. Beyond an apology. Was a decent place before ownership changed. Won’t go back to this bar. That was a staple in Columbia. It’s definitely gone down hill. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The bartender was extremely rude. She was talking crap about me to the regulars of the bar. In front of me. Like it was okay. Even though the foods good. It’s not good cold. Was given a lame excuse of why that happened, and ended up eating a cold pizza. That had sat on the bar. Not worth spending your money here.
