The service was not up to whatever standards Popeyes sets for several reasons the cashier’s seemed to go back and fourth with one another and took turns waiting on people like they had preferences. Secondly there’s a folding table that sits in the way of the bathroom that’s where your order is place when it’s done.( SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THAT TRULY ) The chicken was slightly over cooked and I don’t know why maybe the timer is off and the poor manager whose doing her best has to deal with all of this as well as the attitudes of the people beneath her. Someone needs to give her a raise and move that folding table and fix the counter the right way. This isn’t a mom and pop operation this place makes millions and something can’t be done about simple things that make the place run better

I live around the neighborhood, grew up here really. Every single time I have gone here the food was decent but there are times where orders get messed up which is fine because employees are human too. However, instead of ordering from Doordash as I usually do I decided to walk there which took about 20-30 mins crossing different streets. Once I arrived, ordered, and went home I noticed that one of my items were missing. I called up the store asking if it’s possible if I can come by later to pick up my missing item. First thing I noticed was when the manager at the time picked up the phone there was no greeting or anything, just a “Hello” in what sounds like a very annoyed tone, I shrug it off. I asked my question and the manager asked what the host’s name was so I told them that on the receipt the host’s name was just a letter for some reason. Second thing, the manager got uppity and asking me what the name was over and over while I kept trying to explain to her that I don’t know what to tell her aside from the fact that it’s just a letter. Now here’s where I got very miffed, the manager simply cut me off mid sentence and said “Okay, you know what, just come by the store and we’ll get you your item. Okay? Okay. Thank you. Bye.” Very passive aggressive. The attitude of some of the employees but mostly the managers needs to be worked on. I would give this review a one star but I decided to be generous and give it a two just for the fact that the food is decent at least.

This is my one of many Popeyes that I’ve visited in nova so far and I think this is one of the best ones. Unlike other Popeyes, these guys actually provide napkins! Shown in the photo, they include napkins in the bag of your order along with my chicken sandwich and a soft drink. Their service was quick since I didn’t order much and you can tell that the cashier at the front is working very hard from keeping a professional attitude to handing out my order. I live pretty far away from Manassas, but if I get a chance to stop by this area again for some chicken sandwich, I will definitely come back!
