I had 1/2 dozen oysters that were amazing. For my dinner I had grouper which was delicious! It was very fresh and the seasoning/sauce was perfect! Jamie was a wonderful server! Checking in but not too often. I would highly recommend going here!

Visited here a couple of times during a project we had in Albertville, AL. The atmosphere was ok. We sat outside because it is on Guntersville lake. Also the restaurant is accessible by boat. The bloody Mary is actually good here which surprised me. It’s always hard to find a good one. The live music was nice. The best thing in my opinion is that the oysters are cheap so if you love oysters like I do you need to go here. I always got two dozen 🙂

The best dinner experience! The food was phenomenal along with the service. We started with the oyster sampler as an appetizer, Cajun seafood pasta as entree then ended with the chocolate moose cake & a cocktail. Every single thing was delicious & our waitress Felicia was amazing!

We held our son’s Rehearsal Dinner on the patio, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The entire staff took care of us like family. We just showed up that night and enjoyed ourselves.
In the planning stages, Cecilia (CeCe) worked with me to set a budget. I took pictures of the patio for a friend of mine that was going to decorate, and it was a fun time. I ultimately chose to go with a limited menu. Cecilia picked a wide variety of dishes and created an impressive menu for each guest that was on the table when we came in. She included gluten free choices at my request. Jamie, who is awesome, was assigned as our personal server for the evening. My friend’s decor elevated the already gorgeous waterfront patio to look like we just entered the Ritz. Water with lemon was on the tables and appetizers were coming out like clockwork. It was beautiful!
Jamie began taking orders as soon as everyone was seated. She checked with me a few times just to make sure everything was as I wanted it, and it was. She worked hard to make sure everyone’s glass stayed filled, and took care of every need. Jamie also served the cake my friend had brought from another bakery. It was a beautiful dinner, and very relaxing for a stressed Mother of the Groom.
I have to mention that Brittany was very helpful when I called with questions or requests. Chef Joseph offered to prepare some specialties, as well.
The staff at Wintzell’s went above and beyond to do everything they could to make this the perfect evening for my family. I will definitely give them more business in the future.

So I went in to try thanks to my friend Felicia telling me about the Cajun grouper. And I must say it was well worth it and I don’t even like fish! My boo thang had oyster sampler and every single one of those oysters were amazing! Also Fefes overall presence made it that much more enjoyable! And no complaints from the mess my children left as well and that means a lot bc they’re messy as heck. And she even gave them stickers! I’m so happy I tried something new! I’ll definitely be back with my parents to try it!

The food was great, the wait staff was super friendly, and the restaurant has a fun decor. The only downside was that they overcooked the oysters Even overcooked they were good, but sadly should have been better.

Visted for the MC Republican Meeting. Was sat in overflow area. Had the lunch portion shrimp n cheesy grits, it was actually wonderful. Shrimp were huge! Lunch portion I couldn’t even finish. Now, dessert came with it, blueberry Cobbler. If you know me you know I do not turn down a Cobbler but I took one bite and I was done. My Aunt and her friend pushed their bowls immediately away, I didn’t understand at first but I did after the first chew. Sour. Bitter. No sugar. Now I know why dogs eat grass after something gross. Taste was in my mouth for over an hour. If there was grass outside I would have ate it on the way to my car. 1/1 would NOT recommend Cobbler.

Everything was delicious. Got some beautiful photos while the sun was out. We had a feast of oysters. Bienville and Monterey are my favorite. I got the days special of crab cakes over rice with a creamy Cajun sauce and hubs got fish that was flaky and perfectly cooked. Definitely wanted to try the swordfish but they had already sold out. Definitely a great spot for good seafood and our waitress nikki was awesome
