Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

When I come home from college on the East Coast, one of the top cravings on my list is a double double and animal style fries with a neopolitan shake, and it never disappoints. You can’t beat the price or the fresh taste.
I love this location for how quick and friendly the service is, though the drive thru line can get fairly long during the afternoon rush.
My only complaint is that In-N-Out fries just do not spark joy the way other fries do. They’re freshly made and always hot, but just missing something.

At this location? Food is great if you can get near the place. Always busy, total nightmare between morning and late night. Queue is a disaster winding through a parking lot. Although drive thru is your best bet for a sub-20 minute service. Inside, forget about it. Every sports team in Roseville comes here always. Veterans Day? Unless you have an hour to order and get food, I strongly suggest anywhere else. Great food and service otherwise!

Sophie was the cashier who took my order. I’ve requested well done for the meat on my order, and Sophie gets 5-star rating for doing her part of yelling “well-done” for my order to the cooking crew.
I saw a male employee named Cole who was constantly cleaning the lobby and tables. I give Cole 5-star customer service rating for making sure customers had seats when dining in.

Finding The Force
If you want to visit this super famous restaurant and not have to face the crowds, 9 PM is the time to be here. They still have a kitchen of employees working very hard. The restaurant is very clean and so are the restrooms. The food was delicious as always because consistency is the key to any chain restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that all the chains of this restaurant all seem to be designed exactly the same. I noticed the new touchless soda fountain is a nice touch for the pandemic.

The in line order taker talks 100 mi./min. too fast. We had to confirm our order like six times because she kept saying it different differently than we ordered it. Then when we get to the order, I don’t taste any onions. I ordered grilled onions on my protein burger, but you’d have to really press me hard to say there was anything I can to a grilled onion on that burger. This doesn’t surprise me since we had to confirm our order with her at least three times and I still didn’t believe it was right which it wasn’t so I can’t say a whole lot for this particular In-N-Out Burger. I’m not happy with them. I probably won’t go back.!!!!

Incredibly low prices for the taste and quantity. There is usually a line for dine in and a 20 minutes ish line for drive thru, especially on weekend nights.
Do look at the ‘(not so ‘Secret menu’) before placing your order. The cheese burgers are good and are better than McDonald’s and other fastfood. However, it is not as great as five guys and/ or shake shack.
