We tried to call 3 times to order in advance but nobody answered the phone. So we went in person and ordered the large jumbo shrimp dinner and 25 Garlic wings. The wings have zero seasoning on them. Both visually and by taste, the wings are bare. The shrimp were very over cooked and were far from jumbo. The lady said that she tried to tell us they didn’t have jumbo after we ordered, but nobody ever came to the car (where we said we’re waiting). The fries were also undercooked. Overall really disappointing that we spent over $60 on food that was very subpar. We used to love Wingz It Iz, especially this location but we won’t be back.

I ORDERED A LARGE CATFISH DINNER AND A BOX OF MUSHROOMS. I ALSO ORDERED A 4 PIECE LEG&THIGH. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH, THE FISH WAS SOGGY, THE MUSHROOMS WE’RE SOGGY AND VERY WET. WATER WAS RUNNING OUTTA MY FOOD AND IT GOT ME VERY SICK LAST NIGHT. I haven’t ordered here in the past year. The service & food has changed. Coolers have no beverages or desserts. Possibly new owners or staff. I Tried calling in an order week before this visit during normal business hours and no answers to the phone on multiple days.

So I ordered 6 wings & they charged me for 10 wings then I asked for lemon pepper & buffalo sauce i got no lemon pepper then gave me some generic hot sauce not buffalo iwas supposed to get potato wedges not fries there was no coleslaw they messed everything up I will never be going back they can’t even get a simple order like mine right it’s sad

The chicken was pretty decent. The medium shrimp was tough and I don’t think it was worth the price. Maybe I’ll try the Jumbo Shrimp next time? ♂️
