I pre-order online @1:18pm for a 5:30 pick up. Get to the store and my order wasn’t ready. Was told that they wouldn’t get the ticket until 5:30 to start working on it and because it was so busy they were not sure when they could get to it. I asked if my order could be bumped to the front since I placed it and paid for it already online. Was told no so I asked for a refund. She said it would take a week to get my money back. The gal took my info and said she was going to give it to the GM. I said to her I have a feeling it’s going to be an issue getting my money back. She said no. But, still to this day I haven’t received my money back.
