If I could give this place a zero I would. My bf and I have been waiting over 30 minutes for a dine in order. None of their tables are cleaned. The place smells like garbage. They are out of traditional wings. None of their cooks are wearing hairnets and clearly their kitchen is disgustingly dirty.

Been over an hour waiting in the lobby. My sister has finished her order. There is a guy with his drawers showing distracting his girlfriend in the kitchen. Got my food after 80 minutes. Wife’s bone in had chewy skin, and my breaded strips were dry and greasy.

The food is always awesome! The only complaint about the food is that majority of their wing flavors are dry rubs which is nothing they can help as wingstop is a franchise.

Said my order would take 25 mins came back an hour later and didn’t even start my order, and then when we finally got our food order was wrong so I went in to get it fixed and they had terrible customer service employee named river slammed my fries on the table and proceeded to have an attitude with me, I called to talk to a manager and they wouldn’t let me then and said well I am the manager now to have a nice day, I wanted my money back and they refused to do so having horrible customer service on the phone and treated me with disrespect throughout the whole thing, no company should be ran like that and no customer should ever be treated like that! Especially while the real manager stands there.

I’ve never had a bad experience here until tonight. Not only did the gal get one whole order wrong I feel we got jipped on our fries. I have attached a photo of both orders of fries. One being a little more filled than the other. Not the greatest experience tonight and definitely did it for me. I’ll be going to only Buffalo Wild Wings when I want wings.

When this store first opened I was obsessed, love the Louisiana Rub especially. The last three times there is no taste to them whatsoever. They are cooked good. We thought we would try one more time, we got garlic parmesan, louisiana rub and barbecue. There was almost no barbecue sauce, on the boneless barbecue wings. You don’t even need a napkin! The Louisiana Rub was the same way, just tasted like fried chicken. The garlic parmesan had alot of parmesan but there was no garlic flavor at all. Please start paying attention to this and make them like you used to!

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish this place was in the valley because it’s so good! Lobby is clean and presentable, portions are big and it really fills you up with some to take home for later!! Fries are good and fresh but it tastes like they put sugar on them? Ranch is tasty and they give great sized sauce portions!!! Drink options have a variety but still small to not be to overwhelming, the bathroom situation is weird how you have to have a key on a spoon and kinda unsanitary but overall I would totally come back here!!!
