I received my delivery, but the drink was not filled to the top. There were clear finger marks on the lid, and there was liquid around the top as if someone had taken a sip. The straw opening was not sealed or covered in any way when it was delivered.
Isn’t it standard practice to seal the straw opening for safety reasons? This is a serious concern, as someone could have drunk from it or even tampered with the drink during delivery.
I am very concerned about the safety and hygiene of this order.

Ordered 10/13 at 12:57pm Very rude staff and terrible food ! Their “manager” an islander/samaoan lady was talking bad about my friend because they had my friend wait 30 minutes for food and didn’t inform her of the wait time. She was insulting and unprofessional especially claiming to be a manager. We contacted corporate . Waiting that long and then only getting drumsticks when you’re supposed to get a mix , sauce isn’t on the wings just disgusting.

I’ve always love Wingstop. I mean it’s far better than the other joint. We all know of. The wings are much better, not as ridiculously overpriced. And just simplicity what you need, wings.
I wish I had one local but I don’t. I happen to be in town once a week teaching and one of my favorite things about being in this area is that there is in fact a Wingstop there.
When I went in today whoever was kind of leading behind the counter. It was great. Welcoming, friendly, the wings were hot and fresh, it was a great time.
The space itself was pretty cold today. I don’t think that has anything to do with the people that work there. It’s something the owner should probably look into.
I hope somebody will put one in, in Lacey or Olympia.

Wingstop Hot Honey Rub meal
– Sandwich was divine. Perfectly spicy and sweet at the same time. Bread was great. Best part, however, is always the chicken. Didn’t order any ranch ‘cause I didn’t feel like it. It was still 10/10
– Fries are perfectly crisp and fresh, and addictive
– Water had a weird bite to it but I’m not complaining. I’m not sick, lol

First the hype. The ranch. It was okay. Went well with just the plain chicken. They got our order wrong. But quickly fixed it within a min. That was awesome. Reason why? Cause they couldn’t hear me. Very loud in there. But all good. We all were trying to order pretty much the same. And the girl at the counter only offered a deal to my daughter. Me and my husband paid 40 when the rest of the family paid 26. And my daughter a lil less. But those kids behind did an amazing job. It was so, so busy. But yet they did their jobs and kept people moving.

First time trying this place out. It’s small with not much seating indoors and it took about 20 minutes to get my order done. Not too bad on a Sat night. I brought the wings back to my hotel and they were all very good. I ordered the Hawaiian, Garlic Parm, and Louisiana Rub. The Hawaiian is soooo good!

It was my first time at wingstop, when we walked in, Oscar greeted us and helped so much when I didn’t know what to order! He even gave my friend and I samples of sauces. He definitely made my experience great and we enjoyed the 3 summer bundles! thanks Oscar!

Awful, we ordered 12 wings, garlic parm and hot honey. Absolutely none of them were seasoned or had any sauce and they were extremely dry and hard. So annoying that I paid $40 for this bs just for it to taste like dehydrated deer ankles

This was my first visit to this wing stop. First thing i noticed was their neon sign wasn’t on so i didn’t know if they were open. However, the restaurant area was clean. Of course it smelled like a place that only deep fries their food, NOT really any other smell. The drink option was normal for this type of establishment. The menu was pretty easy to read. The person taking the orders seemed like he was having a bad day. He was less than thrilled to be at work that day. The prices seemed to be a little on the high side just for wings…i didn’t understand this. The wait time for the wings was average. They have several different types of dipping sauces and several different seasonings for the wings. The wings were hot and so were the fries. The food didn’t taste like 2 week old oil like some places that serve only deep fried stuff does. The seating will accommodate a party of four or larger, you’ll just have to move some tables. All in all the experience at this wing stop wasn’t a bad one. I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the prices.

It still tastes fine and I don’t get grossed out by these types of things, but I don’t wanna pay for food and have to pluck my own chicken before being able to eat it. It would be fine if this was the only wing, but I’ve already had to pluck like, 4 wings already. Not cool wing stop, not cool.
