Stopped in thursday eve for game special. Place was clean, great atmosphere and killer wings. Heres why the 3stars….. I ordered 3 diffrent flavors and got 1. I asked for parmesan, lemon pepper and reg hott. After driving home and sittn down to eat we got 1 lemon pepper barely seasoned. And rest of my wings were plain . The fries were awesome and was the corn, hell even the plain wings were bomb but come on maaan. Anyway love this place and we will be back again. GO HAWKS

I’ve been to Wingstop a few times, and the food is usually fine, just like at any other location. Unfortunately, my recent visit was more about poor service than the food.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a clerk wearing glasses who seemed uninterested in making any effort. I ordered 15 classic wings and asked for the military discount, which I know they offer. She told me the manager wasn’t available, but I got the impression she wasn’t even trying to get in touch with them. I noticed the manager outside in the parking lot, smoking, but she didn’t make an effort to get him involved.
What really frustrated me, though, was when I asked for extra seasoning on my Louisiana rub. The clerk gave me wings with no seasoning on top, even though I had specifically requested it. It felt like she purposely left it off so I’d have to pay an extra $1.70 for the seasoning, which seemed like a sneaky way to make more money off me.

I asked the cashier for a 20 piece combo meal but he said they didn’t have it (even though 4 minutes ago my friend ordered it) then i told him, the 20 dollar meal for 20 boneless and a fries. He said they still didn’t have it. But after I made the purchase, I brought my friend to the cashier to specify the order. He finally got the order and said, “but you said its 20 dollars” ($19.55 for the meal btw). How dumb can he be??? so I ordered that meal again. He said I would be refunded for the previous meal I bought. Its been a month and i still haven’t receive my refund and i did tried calling them various of times.
this place such a scam, paid 50 bucks for one meal while dealing with idiots who cannot even get an order right.

This used to be a great spot but has gone downhill fast.
Never meets their promised time and the employees do it on purpose. My orders have been late the last 3 times and it’s clear that it’s some low, self-esteem powertrip move cause they could’ve made the entire order in the amount of time but they intentionally delay to make themselves feel important.

Wings were dry, tough and overcooked. Very disappointing for my first Wingstop experience. Picked up today 1/11 at about 12:30pm. Not really interested in pissing away another $30 on overcooked product so thanks for your response but that isn’t going to cut it.

First (and likely last) time at this Wingstop, although we visit a Wingstop more than is reasonable (2-3x/month). This location was very well staffed with pleasant people who were friendly and efficient. The issue is with the environment. This restaurant is very small. Two of the four tables were occupied by Wingstop employees presumably on break. One of whom was listening to videos on her phone very loudly (in order to be heard over the unbelievably loud music playing in the restaurant.) Several customers stood, waiting for a table to open up.
Also, as noted by other reviewers, they left the seasoning off the Cajun wings. It was just hot sauce. Trying to get it fixed was a hassle. Food was hot and good, but this location wasn’t worth the visit.

Music is too loud. I can’t hardly hear what the front counter guy is saying. Employees are on their phones and standing or sitting around. I have to wait outside because all the seats are occupied by employees with their phones googling away.

I had a mobile pick up and was greeted with prompt service with a smile from an employee named David . Quick and efficient in and out. Opened my food and found I had ordered the breaded wings(big mistake as a gluten free person). The employee David answered my call to the store and actually refunded me so I could get the right wants. Saved me from a ruined night, special thanks to David!

My order was overcooked I ordered 2 flavors of tenders and 2 dipping sauces both with fries and the only thing that tasted how it was supposed to was my dipping sauces. When I called I was approached with an attitude as I tried explaining my dilemma. I’ll try and call again tomorrow but I’m sure that’s their way of not having to replace my order
