What a let down. Over cooked wings, burnt fries and oil soaked processed chicken (giant nugget) sandwich in between two buns. The fries came slithered with the rub but they forgot the wings and gave us plain. When I asked for the rub, the guy had the tenacity to come and visually inspect the wings before handing me two pinches of the rub. The food quality, the service and the courtesy are all not included with this location.

I usually get the tenders and they are always great. But I tried the 10 classic wings and they were way overdone. The meat itself was crunchy and the wings were fairly small. They did put 13 wings in so kudos for putting a few extra in. I wonder if I could get them not so well done because it almost wasn’t worth trying to find the chewable meat. Get the tenders and chicken sandwich!

I sampled the parmesan garlic wings previously, and I found them to be somewhat underwhelming. Recently, I decided to try the hickory BBQ wings, hoping for a better experience, but I must confess that they were not as tender as I had hoped. They were, again, just satisfactory. I believe I will consider the name WINGSTOP in the future and perhaps avoid purchasing wings from there. Lol

This is a new store, I’m giving them a 3 star because my wings are always dry and the flavor is what keeps Clients coming back. Everytime I get my order I get disappointed because there’s not enough sauce. I always ask for my wing Wet (which means extra sauce) 🙁 specially the boneless wings , my first time adding 5 boneless wings, and they are stingy with the sauce.

Do not go to this location unless you want your night ruined. This is the second time I ordered lemon pepper chicken and there’s no seasoning taste like plain chicken I didn’t complain the first time but today I had time. When I go in there and tell them one of the boys tried to say it was there pointing at two flakes of pepper I’m know I’m not the only one who they doing like this. Also every time I go in there once because I ordered at southcenter on accident the Mexican employees are always laughing and eyeing and talking mess. It’s really sad that they think they can get away with treating people like that because everything is so funny and they don’t know how to make lemon pepper chicken correct I will be emailing corporate and putting a review and also letting everyone know how their Mexican employees are in there talking mess and laughing at their customers today the manager gave me my order by the time I came back she was in the bathroom I really wanted to give her a chance to fix this but I’m ultimately tired of the lack of respect the employees show people period

I’ve always generally enjoyed my Wingstop experiences, and this location is no different.
I love their sauces and rubs, so rarely do I have to worry about menu choices. The biggest differences I’ll find will be staff quality and cleanliness of their dining rooms/restrooms. Overall, Wingstop is pretty high up there for me–averaging a 4.5/5 across the board.
This location, specifically, is excellent as nearly all of the rest. As of this review, they just opened up a couple of months ago. Considering the reviews, they’ve likely been overwhelmed due to being a newer location and having a very small footprint. I feel the small space is their biggest weakness–but all in all is minor vs what I’m generally concerned about at a restaurant.
That aside, the food and service has always been outstanding here. They’ve become much more consistent and the staff carries their trademark friendliness and quick service. I’ve recently placed online orders (which is a must imo, unless you want to wait 15+ mins for your order) that were ready in less than 5 mins…which is WILD to me.
The food quality is as good as any other Wingstop location. Once, I received a half-filled cup of ranch. When I brought it up, disappointed, the young man behind the counter quickly grabbed me two new ones and apologized. I appreciated his swiftness to make up for the mistake.
Overall: Ignore the poor reviews.
This location is great, albeit small and limited with dine-in options. Order ahead on the app (give yourself at least 10 mins) and you’ll save yourself a lot of headaches!

Ordered online 20 minutes in advanced. Still wasn’t ready when we got there. Then waited another 30 minutes. Finally got our order after almost an hour wait. Workers weren’t very helpful at all. Long lines started to form, kitchen looked staffed so it didn’t make sense. Then, went home and saw that our order was completely incorrect. We called and were told we will be getting a refund. We have not yet gotten one.
