Carlmella greeted me when I walked in and was so pleasant and welcoming! She was helpful in helping pick seasoning and upsold me on a brownie. Also, super nice as I left.
While I waited there was also an interview happening. The manager was super informative with the interviewee about the process which also left me impressed.
Staff here seems super happy and really helped make a fast food experience welcoming and non transactional.

I hadn’t ever been in before but I will say their worker Josh was so patient and helpful with letting me make my selections. I went for the Hot Honey sauce as he recommended, and I was definitely not disappointed! The place was clean and welcoming, food was good and employee was attentive and polite. 5/5 for my experience today.

I ordered off the ap and when I got there I was parched so I ordered a large fountain drink. $4.39 seriously! Never again. Their wings are good. When you go on $.70 wing days or get the specials the value is there, but if you order straight off the menu, it’s not worth it. They are not good enough to warrant $1.00+ for one wing/boneless. Their sauces are only okay, and they charge $1.50 for 2oz. Their blue cheese dressing is kinda gross. The best value there is the carrot sticks and celery for $2.50.

I am giving this place one star due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the woman taking orders.
I simply asked whether a wing combo could include a leg. She made a face, rolled her eyes, and said “What do you mean?” in a dismissive tone. While I was still speaking, she turned away, took other customers’ orders, then said “Oh God” to her coworker, clearly showing disrespect.
When I told her I no longer wanted to order because of her behavior, she smirked instead of apologizing.
Although another staff member later apologized, I left the restaurant. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior in any restaurant before. I will never return to this place again.

Sometimes is great and other times the food gives me instant relief. I wished they were constantly good. Best option is to order on their website or delivery app.

I placed a take out order of 30 wings, fry’s and veggies. I arrived 7 minutes after my confirmation email suggested I arrive to learn these children who are laughing and giggling became confused about my order or just decided not to notice it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and garbage service. I should have absolutely given credit for a meal I had to wait an extended period of time for.

Went to WingStops for the second time. This time, I brought my bestie with me and it was his first time. For me, I got the 10 wings combo for $18 and it was a good deal. You get the choice of boneless or classic. I personally like boneless cuz I don’t like my hands getting dirty lol! It comes with seasoned fries and a drink. It’s a perfect satisfying meal for me and I love it !!! Highly recommended! Love love love it !

BEST WINGS I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Contrary to lots of reviews, my customer service was spectacular and very patient. ONLY bad thing that has happened in my experience here was that I didn’t order enough wings. We got a 30pc for a family of 4 and ordered lemon pepper, bbq, and hot honey rub. The lemon pepper was so delightful and bright, so lemoney and exactly what I expected. The BBQ was so nice and saucy, with a nice punch of hickory smoke. The hot honey rub was subtly sweet with hot punch. The seasoned fries blessed my palate with outstanding pleasure. The veggies sticks were excellent as pallet cleansers in between each flavor. I highly recommend getting ranch to dip, I used to not like ranch but truly changed my mind.
