Either they don’t know how to run this location properly or they just don’t know how to move fast paced. I’m sitting here since 4:50-5pm now it’s almost 6 and only ordered the hot n serve but they had none they said 10 to 15 min yet people are walking out with their food and they came in AFTER us to order hot n ready pizzas and just got told another 10 minutes as only 1 worker is making pizza and other guy does register n walks around baffles me how places like this run when the line was out the door n people walking away cause they get told how long and there’s no seats for people to sit n wait cause the employees are moving slow as the mod I guess just runs cashing n not helping hurry orders he just keeps adding orders instead of helping process orders to get people out n STILL no discounts or anything for the wait

Just grabbed dinner from Little Caesars and it hit the spot. The pizza was hot, fresh, and way better than I expected for the price. The staff moved fast, the order was ready right on time, and everything tasted great. The Crazy Bread was on point too. If you want something quick, affordable, and actually good, this location does it right every time.

Ok walked in at 12:15 pm today at lunch time no pizzas ready at all. Just crazy bread its lunch time in willumsburg. My God have some pizza ready just keep 2 on standby 2 people seated waiting so wasnt buisy I purchased crazy bread was never offered a recipe always off the customer the receipt bread was ok would have been better if it was a pizza

Went in for hot and ready pizzas waited 10 minutes to be waited on then almost another 30 minutes for the pizza. If I had been told it would be that long I would have just left and gone somewhere else. One of my pizzas was cold when I arrived home. One was warm. There was absolutely no customer service at all. No apologies for waiting. They seemed more concerned with a missing trashcan and changing a broom head. There were 5 employees with no care to help customers. Watched many customers come in, not greeted and who too were not waited on in a timely fashion. While I know the workers don’t care if I’ll be back I will go elsewhere.

The pizza was good once we requested more sauce, since pizza is a tomato pie. The employee was strange, shifty, asking other employee to sign her in at his register then him sign in at hers, a lot of crazy stuff….she was a fast talker and several customers there at the same time questioned what was going on exactly. Wings were not good. Bestest pizza has maybe 5 more pepperoni on it.

This Little Caesars is a blemish on the brand. Ordered a pizza at 2PM for pickup at 5:45 PM. Went to the store to encounter a crowded lobby and was told my order was 6-8 orders back and would be at least 20 minutes late. The counterperson was wearing a different pizzeria’s shirt and had a take it or leave it attitude. I chose to leave it. I am sure other LC stores are better, but this one needs a visit from quality management.

Husband went to pick up order and waited for service ( we had forgotten to order a drink) was acknowledged that he was there and the guy came out with stuff on his hands 5 minutes later pizza wasn’t great either very wet maybe they went a little overboard on the sauce I hope the service is better next time (we don’t mind waiting please wash your hands)
