I get it is Super Bowl Sunday and it’s busy, but we placed a mobile order at 3p to be picked up at 5:30. We even showed up at 5:45 bc we knew it was gonna be busy. We walk in and the place is packed with Doordash people. We ask about our order and they say oh it’ll be a wait. So we wait a bit, ask the other person at the counter hey so we placed a mobile order at 3p, how long should we expect to be waiting. The guy then tells us it’s a 60-90 min wait. I asked him uhh but we placed it at 3p so when would that timer start? He told us they would normally have it made 20 minutes before the pickup time, so we’re assuming we won’t get our food until 7p. We continue to wait, then notice the store has completely emptied of all Doordashers and then go up to the counter to ask about our order bc we see the kitchen putting bags up but the front counter employees aren’t paying attention. The guy asked for our name again and I gave it to him and he grabs our stuff from the bottom shelf which was not the bags that I had just seen placed so idk how long they had been sitting there Idk but I was just confused on the lack of communication bw front of house and back.

So wife is pregnant and really wanted wings. Wingstop is our favorite place to get them. We also like to order a big side of ranch because we love their ranch. Get home and it turns out that some (maybe all since they gave us small tubs) are blue cheese, not ranch. My wife is pregnant and cannot have blue cheese due to potential listeria. Definitely won’t be going back to this location

I just bought an order of 50 wings and 3 orders of fries. All of the wings are good except the one I grabbed from the BBq ones! No chicken is involved in this one. It’s pure breading not cool. Looks like someone just made a ball of breading and put in the fryer

Fries greasy and not fresh. When it’s fresh they are awesome. I called to have it remade. She said it took 30 minutes to get there. Order takes 25 to make; doesn’t explain the burnt out grease taste. Lousy customer service and not consistent with their food. Use to be much better.

I got raw chicken! I am very upset. I am about 8 months pregnant and to see this is really upsetting. I took a bite out of my wing to find a raw center. I wish I could give them a zero but unfortunately that is not possible so I give them a one.

The employees there never gave me the right order. My dad and I ordered 2 boxes of 15 wings and only got one box. I checked my receipt and said that we only got one box of wings even though I told the employee to give me 2 of the 15 wings. We also told them to give me the boneless wings but the employee gave be wings (with bones).We won’t be coming back.

Raw Chicken, horrible service and refused to provide a refund. If you eat here check your chicken before you leave. Unfortunately the manager must not be trained well in customer service. You don’t blame the customer for the chicken being raw, come on people. Apologize and asked what you can do to fix it.

Worst Wingstop they charged for everything I ask for extra seasoning for my kid and charged me 2.19 that im used to get it for free in Southern California and second no ice only cause it was food for my 10 year old son I would of returned the whole order getting a refund.
