I came back and gave this place a try, and I must say they have upgraded on their services and serves better wing now. However, I’ve placed like several order on wings within the past week and have specifically asked for extra cooked wings and still got them a little uncrispy . Since that wasn’t working, I finally tried the tenders and they were actually really great. Tender, white meat, juicy and extra big. The ranch is really, really delicious; to the point where it’s drinkable lol. I love it

Look i am from woodland . But this is obsurd the way they have this place is a representation of the staff . If i were the owner id change the culture fast real fast . As i business owner my self i cant imagine having a food place like this.

I was sitting at home today having a discussion with my sons about what they wanted to eat. We decided to get some wings and pizza. So we ended up buying pizza from one of our favorite spots and wings from this location. After placing our order the cashier mentioned that the wait would be 30 minutes, that’s great, we have to go pick up our pizza from our favorite place. When we returned a had my son run in a pickup our order I got a whiff of something burnt. My son opened up the bag and said they looked fine. When we arrived home we started digging in, after consuming a few wings we all agree they where overcooked. Saddened that the wings really weren’t good we just gave up. I generally don’t like wingstop but being that it’s convenient and “fast” we went with it. I would think that they would at least perfect their process, sadly nope!

Like many others have stated there’s not a single garbage can in this place and it is always messy and dirty. The food in the staff are good. I personally feel like this is a management or owner issue and whoever is managing does not care as long as the store makes money. They are always busy probably because it is one of the only places in Woodland that is open late. I feel bad for the workers because it seems like I see the same people working there every night of the week and they truly seem like they are doing their best given the situation

They are so SLOW!
It doesn’t matter if you order 1-2hours ahead, they will NEVER have it ready on time. And they ALWAYS get something wrong. Nobody has a good attitude there, and they always seem lost when I pick up my food, like if I’m asking them for an oil change.. what I say is so foreign.
This is not a great place, but my kids love it so it’s their treat. But boy, it’s incredible the “who cares” attitude in there… not sure how they stay open!!

My first time coming to this location and I will NEVER RETURN. This place was filthy with no garbage can in sight , chicken wings & garbage thrown on the floor. The restrooms had feces and urine on the ground. I mentioned it to one of their staff members and he had the nerve to laugh like it was funny. I am appalled & disgusted with how this establishment is even okay with it being ran like this. Beware if this is how it looks in the front of the store I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. I’m praying to god I don’t get sick . Health inspector needs to shut them down immediately

Went to go pick up my order and it was ready, the guy handed it to me and i left. Once i got home ready to dine with my family we noticed that we were not only missing the large side of ranch but also the fries. Since we were all sitting ready to have super after our prayer, i decided to simply give them a call to see if i could get a refund or a coupon voucher for the next time we go. Since we live pretty far from this location and we don’t get it often i thought these the best remedies for the inconvenience. When i called i spoke to a very rude gentleman who proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do anything about it aside from let me go pick it up in the next 48hrs. I then proceeded to tell him that we would not be going back anytime soon and asked for another option or atleast a longer period of time to go back and he kept rudely insisting he couldn’t do anything. I then proceeded to ask for the manager and once i spoke to him he also told me there was nothing that could be done. He explained how he could leave it in the notes and see if maybe next time the manager on duty would honor that, but he said he couldn’t guarantee it. I saw this as an even bigger inconvenience for their mistake and was incredibly frustrated at this point. Based on both of their tones i honestly did not feel comfortable getting food from them in fear they might mess with my food. I later proposed a simple refund for the items i was missing and he insisted he couldn’t do anything because it was part of a combo so then i went ahead and asked if they could simply take off another item from my order again for the inconvenience of both having to call and waste my time speaking to rude employees and missing my food. He then said he could only refund a 1.99 ranch side from my order, which i thought was completely disrespectful after i respectfully asked for THEIR mistake to be remedied. I then, again, asked for a refund and the manager said he could not do it due to the fact that the district manager would have to take a look and that would take too long, but honestly i think they didn’t want attention to their location, specially since most of the time their cleanliness isn’t the best. It’s quite unfortunate that i will no longer be returning to this location simply because they wanted to steal my money or not get in trouble.

I’m actually a big fan of wingstop, but the woodland location is subpar. Laziest, most unfriendly staff of all time. The place is disgusting, food on the floor, dirty tables, tables with plates still sitting on them, soda machine sticky all over. All while 3 employees stand in the back talking and scrolling on their phones. Terrible experience. I’ve been to this location 5 times over a period of 2 years and it has been the same outcome every single time.

Placed order through the website. Waited the given time and went in. Order was ready, the employees were kicked back in the back area. Got home with my order and went to eat. I ordered the corn (which you can not change the name “Cajun corn” but you can remove Cajun as the seasoning, which I did and put parmesan. The corn has Cajun on it, was neatly put in the container stacked and parmesan piled on top. I can not eat spices like that…. I ordered a 10 price and there was only 8. I got no receipt from them, so only have my e-mail verification for proof. They got the brownies and soda cup right. I tried to call to say something and hopefully get my order fixed in the AM, but it goes to a corporate voice mail. You can’t even call the store. Nice waste $20.

I used to be a regular customer of this location, however 3 out of my last 4 orders were incorrect or missing items. I went into the location and calmly asked if the manager was present because I was hoping we could find a resolution, and while I was informed by the supervisor on duty that they were present, the manager refused to even speak with me. They lost me as a customer, fire wings is better anyway!
