Long wait but food is good. This location has the soda machine that’s digital and your soda always doesn’t taste right like there’s a shot of Fanta in your coke or something off a bit. It’s always like that on the digital soda dispensers, not the people who work here’s fault, just a bad business choice. I don’t order soda from these locations anymore and stop at a convenience store instead for the good stuff

Every time I come here, something seems to go wrong. Most of the time my orders aren’t ready, but I’ve learned to adjust by setting my pickup time earlier than when I actually arrive. This time, I placed a large order for a party, and half of my sides and sauces were missing. I understand the team is probably busy and understaffed, but it’s frustrating when a big order isn’t checked before pickup. I really hope the store can improve order accuracy, especially for larger orders.

I went here tonight and I got boneless wings but that little faucet above the strawed Spencer “I didn’t think that was really plumb to water so I turned it and I got sprayed with water there should be a warning label’. GO TO FIRE WINGS or go to the Greenback location if its an option. it’s bad. multiple times I have ordered on the app and it will be ready but nobody calls my name so it’s warm when I get it, even if I’m clearly the only one waiting for my food so I have to ask for it. sometimes they call out. I ask for extra seasoning but usually it’s not enough or once before it was piled high and I couldn’t eat the fries. management seems poor (if I order normal there just won’t be any). unfortunate because I like Wingstop. I was just there and I ordered a large fry and got maybe 30 of them in my order, so that was a rip. way too many employees to be acting so terribly. this location is an embarrassment for the company and the manager is hardly there. at least not when I called. never going to this one again.

I ordered online for pickup around dinnertime. The wait was not long, the employee who helped me was friendly and quick, and the food was good even when taken home. I got the mango habenaro, korean, and garlic parmesan. The dry rub wings are my favorite because the chicken is nice and crunchy, but the mango habenaro is really good too! Wingstop advertises their house-made ranch dipping sauce, and I must say – it is pretty good. I would still get their ranch dipping sauce even if I have ranch dressing at home.

Very long wait, food was decent. Went to get. Soda tasted like water had no flavor. Went to go get tea because had nothing else to drink it was so bad I don’t know if it was sitting all month or all week or all year but it tasted so bad.Gave me extra fries but either way the fries tasted to seasoned in a bad way

I usually order for pickup around lunch time once a week from this location. When my order is prepared by Lei or Benji, I know it’s going to be great! Thank you guys! Hands down the better Wingstop location in Sacramento. Experience might differ if you’re dining in.
