I ordered 10 PCS combo. I ordered spicy Korean and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love their fries got home to find the fries were burnt, cold and dry and my wings were boneless. I live 3 1/2 miles away. I was not going to go back to get them to replace them. This happens every time. The garlic Parmesan were so salty I couldn’t even eat them.

Walked in to place an order for take out. I just ordered a 10 piece combo. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for over 35+ minutes. Once I arrive home I see that. I was given the wrong flavored wings. I ordered Mango Habanero. I received BBQ. I also ordered well done fries and instead it was soggy. I also ordered Voodoo Fries and it was a mess and hardly any ranch on the fries. I want a refund. I’m currently on the phone trying to speak to a team member of this establishment. I called about 20 times and I am also trying to stay on the line and wait 10 minutes at a time. AND STILL NO ANSWER. It’s unfortunate that this is happening and not sure why they have a phone if they don’t answer? So, I have to physically come back to the store to explain their mistakes instead of doing it over the phone. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don’t have a problem with the one in Manteca. Very frustrated with this Wingstop Location in Tracy. STILL waiting on the phone. I guess I have to go in physically!

Absolutely beyond putrid service. They claimed they couldn’t answer their phones for OVER AN HOUR because they were understaffed with 2 people in an entirely empty building. They completely disregarded the fact that my food had sat for over an hour and offered no recompense for any of it other than cancelling the order, which they couldn’t even be sure if the refund would be issued within the next 2 weeks or not. This is disgusting behavior from the chain claiming to be at the top of the wing game. I will absolutely be following up with both the store and district manager.

I placed an order at 8pm on Uber eats and the expected delivery time was 8:45pm. It kept getting delayed every 15 minutes until 9:45 until the restaurant canceled my order. I waited almost 2 hours to have my order be cancelled.

Always love the food, just not the wait times. This location is extremely slow for ordering. It normally takes 40+ minutes to get your food. NEVER GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK you won’t make it back to work in time.
