Walked in to place an order for take out. I just ordered a 10 piece combo. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I waited for over 35+ minutes. Once I arrive home I see that. I was given the wrong flavored wings. I ordered Mango Habanero. I received BBQ. I also ordered well done fries and instead it was soggy. I also ordered Voodoo Fries and it was a mess and hardly any ranch on the fries. I want a refund. I’m currently on the phone trying to speak to a team member of this establishment. I called about 20 times and I am also trying to stay on the line and wait 10 minutes at a time. AND STILL NO ANSWER. It’s unfortunate that this is happening and not sure why they have a phone if they don’t answer? So, I have to physically come back to the store to explain their mistakes instead of doing it over the phone. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. I don’t have a problem with the one in Manteca. Very frustrated with this Wingstop Location in Tracy. STILL waiting on the phone. I guess I have to go in physically!

This Wingstop in Tracy was perfect. They told me of all items that were broken with drink machine before I ordered. They quoted me a length of time for my food and it came out in that exact time. Great service these days with a smile seems tougher to find. We’ll look no further this place Rocks!!!

I ordered 10 PCS combo. I ordered spicy Korean and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love their fries got home to find the fries were burnt, cold and dry and my wings were boneless. I live 3 1/2 miles away. I was not going to go back to get them to replace them. This happens every time. The garlic Parmesan were so salty I couldn’t even eat them.

The best lemon – pepper chicken wings I ever had! They cooked it upon ordering, and the wings are still moist inside. They have varieties of sauces and sides to chose from. Great place to have a chicken wings!

This is the second time I’ve been given burnt chicken wings, it seems like they don’t change the oil… and one time they said they would give me my money back and I left the wings there because they were all burnt and they never gave me my money back, I don’t recommend this place and if you go before you leave try their food and make sure it’s good.

I had a really bad experience at Wingstop. My friends and I were just trying to enjoy a meal when an employee accused us of “stealing” because one of us had soda in a water cup. Can you believe that? Instead of handling it nicely, the male employee decided to call the police on us! We’re just kids. When I asked the manager, who was wearing glasses, for his name, he wouldn’t tell me. It seems like this place cares more about checking drinks than treating customers well. Avoid.

The food is good! I love their wings!!!
However, there is room for improvement on service!! The online order showed it was complete and ready for pickup. When we arrived, we still needed to wait for 25 more minutes for the food with no apology and bad attitude from the staff!
The app should provide a better estimate pickup time and the order status so that the customers do not need to wait outside in a crowd during COVID! And the management should have a better training on their staff!!!

Worst wings I ever had. Big bulky chewy rubber flats with no flavor. Ate half of the order because I was super hungry but had to stop. Frozen wings are better than this. Fries and ranch dip were good.
