I bought food for my son and I, my son wanted to try the Parmesan chicken tenders along with his bbq chicken. He didn’t end up eating the chicken tenders, and they were stored in the refrigerator. The next day I put them in the microwave and it made a zapping noise, almost caught fire. This tells me that this food is not safe for consumption. I called them to inform them on this matter, and they said it’s nothing they could do. They gave a “corporate number” that didn’t work, and the online number is no good either. DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN TENDERS. Avoid this place all together, no accountability

This is one option late night whenever everything else are closed. They are open until 1am. I am a regular carry out customer and so far an ok experience as I always pick up later than the pick up time listed. Plenty of flavors are must-try once in a while but the bone in lemon paper is always the favorite to-go and eat at home. Small space inside and always busy. Plenty of parking located at Gateway Plaza.

Horrible wings! As soon as i got the wings and opened the box i noticed a very pungent funky smell.. threw me off , and i decided too ignore the smell and thought i was just being paranoid but it smelled rotten.. and it tasted rotten and very spoiled and just something was very off. i didn’t complain becuase i was in a hurry but my friend said the wings tasted and smelled very rotten! horrible experience i really hope we don’t get food poisoning!! Never coming here again!

The place needs a clean up every now and then. Paper towels and stuff on the floor. Sticky tables and chair.
Went in to get an online order after receiving an email confirmation that it is ready 16 to 21 minutes. Arrived after 25mins but Store manager said 5 more minutes after checking at the kitchen and they will be ready. After 7 minutes talked to another staff about my order and she said 8 more minutes when she asked those who are preparing my order. So what’s with these waiting issues?
Spicy korean is super salty you have to wipe the sauce with a brown paper towel and soak it with ranch sauce so as not to waste it.

In town from So Oregon to catch a Giants game. Had dinner at Wing Stop. We don’t have one in So Oregon so I was excited to give it a try. We do have a Bdubz so I’m comparing the two.
I ordered the “crew” option which was 30 wings, choice of 3 flavors. We tried mango habinero, classic Buffalo & bbq.
Mango habinero compared to Bdubz was not nearly as hot but still had good flavor.
The classic was by far my favorite with a great Buffalo flavor.
The bbq is what you would expect, nothing fancy but a decent bbq flavor.
The crispness I would say was excellent. Meaty wings with a great crispy bite!
I would come back but my honest opinion is that they aren’t quite on the same level as Buffalo Wild Wings.

No Food, No Refund, No Accountability
I ordered from Wingstop.com and for the second time in a row, my order was wrong.
The first time, DoorDash fixed it by reissuing the order. This time? A complete disaster.
I called Wingstop to report the issue, and they told me to contact DoorDash. DoorDash said they would reissue the order and confirmed it via text. I called Wingstop again and spoke with LJ, who said he saw the reissued order and it would be out shortly.
Later that evening, I received a cancellation text from DoorDash, so I called LJ back. He told me not to worry the wings were in the fryer and the Dasher was in-store. I waited. Wingstop closed. Nothing ever showed up.
The next day, I called Wingstop again and spoke to Veronica, who told me they “don’t use DoorDash” and questioned why I would call them. (Every Wingstop order I’ve ever had has been delivered by DoorDash.) DoorDash, in turn, said that because I ordered from Wingstop.com, the refund had to come from the store.
To avoid going in circles, I asked DoorDash to get Wingstop on a 3-way call. During the call, both parties said they couldn’t help me, and that the store manager would have to resolve it.
Veronica called me back later and said she spoke with the manager and told me, with a surprisingly smug tone, that they wouldn’t be doing anything to help me.
At this point, I had enough. I called Wingstop corporate, filed a formal complaint about Veronica, and I’m now waiting for a resolution.
So far, I’m left with no food, no refund, and no accountability.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from a brand I used to rely on. Avoid this location (via wingstop.com) or better yet, order from somewhere that takes responsibility.

This was the best wing experience I’ve had, I’m visiting out from Los Angeles and we don’t have mango habanero out there so getting to try it at this store was spectacular, my food was ready as soon as I got there, it seemed to be a busy day but the cashiers were friendly and tried to make everything as smooth as possible, my chicken was beautifully cooked as well
