Staff has always been great at this location.
Once they forgot my ranch. And I didn’t realize until I got back. Needless to say I was very upset.
Called to let them know. And they resolved it with giving me free 8 piece with fries. I’d say that’s excellent customer service!
Needless to say I’ve returned since.
Food comes out on a timely manner.
Seasoning is always consistent and good.
No issue with staff.
Place is clean.
Overall great Wingstop location.

Customer service was amazing! I went in a couple nights ago and the girl at the counter named Estely was extremely helpful. She was patient with me, answered all my questions and even recommended some specials and saved me money. I absolutely recommend going to this location as they made my experience a good one. The food was great too!

The food at this location is never made right! The is fatty and under seasoned. But the management team Cynthia and Carlos are worst than the chicken! Carlos is very disrespectful, ignorant and discriminates against women and people of color! The shift lead Cynthia won’t even try to assist you, instead the cashiers tell you the management team doesn’t speak English. This establishments customer service and food are beyond deplorable, a d Carlos will call the police when you ask for a refund. Be ware of this location, and avoid Carlos!!!

Great place for some wings. This shows they have garlic fries they don’t. What they do have they do well. I got excited when I saw garlic fries on the menu. The food was what I expected. I recommend wing stop for fast good wings.

Been here 2 times. 1st time the manager and an employee both stood in front of me on 1 phone call and didn’t acknowledge me. I was the only person in there and couldn’t get my order taken. The register were not down or anything they just didn’t take my order. I waited 10 minutes patiently and walked out. 2nd time, I ordered a 3 piece tender and fries 45 minutes later of waiting patiently (again) I’m told I can’t have the tenders because they burned them all. Definitely not coming back

I had a really bad experience here. I sat there waiting, while the register took order after order, over the phone, in front of me as if phone calls have precedence over walk-ins. I just wanted wings. I didn’t want soda and fries. But again, the register made it seem almost impossible for me to order wings by themselves, as if that was some type of a No-No that people just don’t do there. I wanted 8. I saw a 6 and 8 piece combo available on the wall, but because I wanted the wings by themselves, I had to order 10. When I asked if they had a first responder discount, the manager in the back just shook his head and didn’t acknowledge my existence by looking at me at all. When I realized that I was going to pay almost $20 for 10 stupid wings and really horrible service, I walked out. My son really wanted them, but I told him we were going to Jack in The box next door, because this place just sucked.
