I came here today for $3 2 tender Tuesday (it should be $2 2 tender like god intended, but I digress). My tendies were great, but what I appreciated the most was this sick drawing of my name on the bag. I think more companies should adopt this kind of personalization because it made me feel seen!! Whatever swagged up wingstop employee drew this, do know that I cut it out and it’s now hanging on my wall!!

Well… my daughter and I both got sick to our stomachs after eating here. I think maybe the oil they use to make their wings is old and not changed often enough. Or, the wings were frozen for too long.
It’s sad because we used to like this place.
The employees were SUPER nice and helpful! And the restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms.
It’s just the food was bad! Which is why you go here in the first place.
Not sure I’ll go back.

I ordered the traditional buffalo style wings combo. I love the seasoning they use on their fries. Delicious.

Got pick up and the guy listed everything correctly when picked up, when we got home we realized over half of the order was missing, we had to drive all the way back and when we got there we asked if there was anything they could do because now our food was freezing cold after having to drive all the way back, and the employee just copped an attitude with us and said “he does his job great” and there was nothing they would do. never coming back to this location ever.

Ordered 20 classic chicken wings, all Flats, well done. It was nasty. Like I was eating a game chicken. Well Done should be crispy, but this was gewy and skin like fatty rubber with a terrible oil flavor. The lake Forest location knows how to make chicken wings well. RSM should learn from them. Either the temperature or no cooked long enough.
Manager offered to remake but I was already grossed out. Not worth $30 plus. I live local to RSM, but would rather drive to Lake Forest for chicken wings. RSM is usually a bad experience for me. Owner should retrain the cooks about timing and temperature. Well Done means Well Done, but not at RSM location. Staff are friendly, and store is clean.

So disappointing. We’ve been eating here as a family for a long time. Today my husband brought home the order we typically get and the boneless chicken looked like “popcorn” chicken. Little bites. Half the size of what they are normally. Have never seen this… So now we pay the same price for half the amount of chicken. I guess everyone is cutting corners with the economy. All four orders of chicken were mini’s.

Just this past Friday I placed a order for wings to take to a small gathering. It was a busy day so I purchased the wings around 4 pm and planned to return to pick them up at 5pm however I wasn’t able to pick up the order until 5:30 and upon arriving the manager Jessica informed me that she was remaking my order to ensure I’d have fresh wing. I was running late so I asked to check the original to see I could get away with those but, the new order was ready and now I’ve got two orders and the manager so kindly gives them both to me at no extra charge! I was besides my self and quit impressed with her customer care and just had to share my experience. This location is always busy but they always manage to take such good care of their customers. I highly recommend these guys.

This establishment makes it’s way into my top 3 places to satisfy my wing cravings. You can never go wrong with the Original hot wings, and the fries are absolutely perfect. Great staff too, Raul was a great help and very personable and provided excellent customer care. The atmosphere is very chill, and surrounded by a shopping center that you could take your friends with and hang out with. I definitely recommend coming to or ordering from this restaurant if you need your daily fix of hot wings! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
