Bought and paid for an order online of two sandwiches. My wife picked them up and when I saw them my mouth dropped. There was less meat on 2 footlongs than I usually get on 1 six inch sub! She took them back for a refund and was told there are no refunds but could do so online. Numerous internet searches and a search of the app has led to nothing but frustration and dislike for this store and it’s owners. I think wouldn’t have even given one star but had to to open the dialogue box!!!

Hands down the best subway in the area.. the one in pilot on next exit is awful ..most times it has rude rude people working there…but this subway workers where very friendly and respectful…the service was great.. both subs we got where awesome they where wrapped really good too like there saposed to be ….i would recommend this subway…..all the subways around here need to look towards this subway to learn how its done

Clean and employees are nice sandwich is fresh not sure why they have a tip jar out they get paid for what they do they don’t come to table makes you feel like you need to tip but why they already get paid for the job they are doing so what is it they need a tip for.. just asking ?

Decided to make a dash to Subway arrived around 9:15 p.m. sent my husband in for 3 ft longs to which he was only able to purchase two as the girl working was already wiping down and closing the entire store before 9:30 p.m. and according that specific store location it didn’t close until 10:00 p.m.

Just ate there. The woman was outside smoking and saw us, but took her time finishing. She came in didn’t say hi or anything and pulled out bread of an open oven. She seemed absolutely miserable. The food was okay and the bathrooms were filthy. The night before we went there, but they closed 1/2 hour early actually laughing as she locked the door.

Awful experience. Awful service. Linda the manager was very rude about taking orders and making the sandwiches as the customer asked. I had asked for her to possibly get spinach that wasn’t gooey and she took the gooey spinach and put it on the sandwich anyway. Ignored my request and snapped at me about asking for a little more veggies than what she put. Even though I paid for my meals, she argued that she knew more than the customer. I asked for toasted subs and the did not even look anything close to toasted. I would never recommend anyone to stop at this location. Just a few miles up there are other subways. If I had known that my experience would’ve been this awful as well as my food, I would have gone that few more minutes down the road.

So my sandwich was good, about the quality I expect from subway, but there was only 1 employee working when I came in which ended up slowing things down. It became apparent to me that she was definitely stressed out as I would be if I was the only one running a store. Would definitely say you need more than just one person running Subway. Every other subway I’ve been to has had at least 2 employees in at all times. Thank you
