We go here pretty often and its pretty much the same experience every time. Wings and fries are good. Place seems fairly clean. However, what bothers me is when the staff is less than enthusiastic when taking your order but has no problem blatantly using profanity with co workers when not taking orders. I bring my kids here and there is not much regard for professionalism. If there is a manager staffed during business hours, they should be ashamed if they knowingly let their employees act like this. For reference to the owner, we last went in October 9th at 7:45pm.

There are no trash cans inside for dine in customers. Weird, right?
Second observation, Dirty. Had to clean my table with napkins and water (from fountain). Saw other customers have same problem, overhead one ask the companion if they should just take it to go.
Have to ask for nibes and forks, not out for customers.
They have the fancy 50 in 1 coke machine. Except coke was out, midday, on a Saturday. Asked, got some complicated explanation, that seemed like a regular speech.
Order taker Issac was pleasant, so I chalk these troubles up to poor management. He keeps it from a 1 star.
I would recommend TAKEOUT not dine in.
Wingstop wings are good, what you would expect for a franchise. Lots of flavors, so that helps meet all the taste buds of your party. I like the fries but today they were over cooked.
Didn’t have it today, but I enjoy the corn!
Overall Wingstop is a business I support as my kid loves it.
That said, feels like the could be soooooooooo much better with some focused effort. One might note all the locations seem to rate in the 3’s.

Too busy on weekends. I like the Cajun flavor. It’s spicy ️ though. Best thing is to take it home or to go to the seating area on the other side of the parking lot; Pizza Hut area. The blue cheese dip is worth trying. It’s not cheep for chicken wings .

Reading all the reviews about the customer service in this location proves a lot about the experience. Tonight, I ordered online and selected this location because it was 2 miles closer than the Walnut location. Upon arriving at this store, the cashier simply said that they don’t have my order. They didn’t double check at all until I told them that I have the order #, confirmed that it is the correct location, and gave them again my name. Whoever is the manager of this location needs to be replaced because it’s very obvious that the customer service in this location is terrible. I will not buy chicken wings in this location again.

I ordered a 10 piece combo upon receiving my order. I only had eight so I brought it to the front they threw away the eight piece combo, then made a new combo but the pieces were very small and I was missing a piece on one of the orders. Would love store credit, or a comparable amount or a full refund they reached out on yelp but never followed up

Nonetheless, the service has gotten better in the last year. Time frame for you to receive your order is almost always accurate.

Got wings just 30 minutes ago the wings were good but the fries were inedible . No seasoning not even salt and all burnt and dried up like come on people . U can get better fries at a gas station .

Very disappointed with the rude service at this Wingstop. The cashier spoke to me like he was giving orders, didn’t answer my questions, and had a terrible attitude. A cashier is the face of the business — this one gave a bad impression. I won’t be coming back.

Made a stop at wing stop today for some lunch. Ordered some plain and bbq wings. The bbq wing taste decent, but the plain ones are just bland. It’s not salty at all. One suggestion is to bread the wings before you fry it. The fries are bomb tho lol.

Ordered a 10 wings set for to go through DoorDash with a total price of $14.43. The flavors were lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I would say the overall taste was bland because the two flavors were kinda bland, and the chicken tasted like it’s not marinated. I would not recommend these two flavors.
