Sure, Eureka is your traditional, authentic Italian pizza but I love it. When I was young I would always order Eureka because it was the cheapest. Now, Eureka is still one of the cheapest and has upped their ingredients so much. It’s honestly a fantastic pizza if you want something quick and affordable. The customer service has always been great in my opinion, and the pizzas are always good. The sausage stuffed crust is my personal favorite.

I’ve been a customer for years. Last few months the Elm Srings location has completely went down hill. On several occasions I’ve stopped for a sausage pizza to be told it’s a 10 to 15 min wait. I ask if they have pepperoni and told the same thing. It seems they never have any pizza ready. I’ve never had this problem in the past. Last night is what made me decide I’ll not be visiting any Eureka Pizza location maybe ever?? Since they never seem to have pizza ready I called in a order. I pick my order up I ordered a couple of pizzas and cheese bread. First off I guess if you call in a order the pizza costs more because it was definitely more expensive than getting the exact same thing though the window. Also I noticed no dipping sauce with the cheese bread I asked if it came with dipping sauce and was told no. Which is ridiculous even gas station bread sticks has a dipping sauce.

I originally gave this a 1 star rating, I went back and tried again after talking with the owner. It must have been an off day, because when I went back today, the pizzas were great. I strongly suggest adding jalapeños to the Eureka Supreme if you like to spice it up a bit. I would like to remind everyone, no matter how bad the food is when you try somewhere, if the other reviews are good, please try again. Everyone has an off day.

Eureka has one of the best stuffed crust pizzas around! I’d have to say, they’ve edged out Pizza Hut for the top spot in that category. This location has always done a great job. Good customer service. Pies have always been made correctly. That’s what I’m talking about…nice job, Eureka!

Eureka Pizza is a great place to get good pizza for cheap. I believe they only do drive up and order ahead (no delivery)? Love their small little pizzas. Yes, it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had so I knocked off a star, but the pizza is good at an affordable price. Customer service is really great at this location. Drive thru is a little small and would probably be hard to navigate with a larger vehicle though. Located on the corner of Elm Springs Rd and 40th St. (near I49).

Incredible customer service. Typically my family dies not do the 5 dollar pizzas as they just don’t taste that great. The pizza at this place is amazing, and the customer service is the best I’ve seen. Love the fact it’s at a corner, but getting out in rush hour can be harsh. Overall amazing!

Food is always good, but they advertise the Better Ready Pizzas but never have them hot and ready. Always have to wait 10-20 minutes for the pizza to come out. I come here at different times of the day, on different days of the week every time so it’s not like it’s just during rush hour.

The price is good but you get what you pay for. The quality of Eureka Pizza has really taken a hit over the past couple of years. The pizza is affordable if you have picky eaters in the family and all they eat is pizza or chicken nuggets. If you can afford it, you’ll be better off going to another pizza franchise.
