I’m going anywhere else other than here again. Placed an order for pick up and showed up 10 min after the order was supposed to be ready, was told to wait 2 min, and ended up waiting 35 min inside. I don’t know if people weren’t working or what was going on but I’ll never order from here again.

I love Wingstop… but the service in this specific location is horrible, you ask for your order and they act like you are not there. If you’re not constantly asking for your order it can be just there siting. Because sometimes they don’t even call for orders that are ready.
This time fries were over cooked and we get just crumbs

Bought wings here today and from the store to when we got home the food it was a mess. When I got there they couldn’t find my order but they eventually found it. When we got home they got my two of my three flavors wrong, didn’t give me the veggie sticks. My boyfriend’s extra wings (bayou bbq) and one of mine had little to no sauce and my boyfriends cheese fries had almost no cheese. I got major attitude when I called back to ask for a fix. All they offered initially was to give me an extra 5 wings next time I came of but since I’m not from here i just said I’d bring them in. They told me if I had eaten a wing even if it was the one they had made correctly they didn’t have to help but to bring back in the wings. I told her I’d bring in the ones that were wrong because I didn’t want to bring them back wings I had touched due to covid. When I got there the lady acknowledged that the wings were wrong but never apologized and gave me attitude most of the time. I told them I just wanted them to fix my order of wings and give me the veggies but they re made the whole order. I got confused when she showed me the bone in wings, and she gave me huge attitude when I told her I didn’t want bone in wings. In the end it was fine I got my wings but the service was awful. I attached a photo of the dry wings with the wrong sauce they said was standard.

They have a great two person special right now that I love and it is affordable. This location is clean and people are friendly. Not super comfy but it’s enough. Parking is usually easy and free.

The food was delicious!
Problems: 1)Not a single trashcan to be found. 2)Over an hour before closing, and most of the chairs were already on the tables. 3)The smell of weed was so strong, I couldn’t wait to get my food and go. I don’t know if it was from the employees, or from people outside.

Store has terrible customer service. Bone-in chicken was not fully cooked. Ordered Dry rub but it was fully of oil on the bottom. Real bad service. Doesn’t do any good when you complain. This restaurant needs to be shut down! Never order from this place!

I placed an online order and when I went into the store and was asked my name and told to wait 10 more minutes. I sat down in front of the register waiting for my order.
About 20 minutes passed and I went up to the register asking for my order. The same employee went to go check and my order had been ready not once did I hear her or any of the employees call my name out.
It should be noted that it’s not the first time I have had bad customer service at this location.
The customers are your paycheck and there is no reason to be treated this way.There’s individuals that can only afford to eat out once a month and to be treated this way is so unfair.
