I was greeted promptly and politely. I received exceptional customer service from the young man Jose. The store was clean and the environment was inviting. The food was hot and fresh. I’m very grateful that Wingstop stays open late for all my late night eats after my gym sessions. I will be choosing this location as my mainstay moving forward. I sit and wait for my order and other customers come in time goes by and he eventually let a different customer use the restroom and other employees were using it as well when I was told it was out of service. Waited few more mins ask me whats my name they find my food sitting there all this time I been waiting for it. Worst service around. The people that work here care less about the costumers. I saw this person ask for a straw, get completely ignored and after 15 minutes the useless worker told him that they’re on the side. Why couldn’t he do that in the beginning?
