This was my go-to Wingstop until I received my order and the wings literally still had feathers on them… so gross and lost my appetite. The wings were so dry and tough. But the feathers on a couple of them were the cherry on top. Threw all the food away. I had ordered my food at about 11pm and didn’t eat it til almost midnight so it was too late to even call and complain.. I emailed their customer service line and have not heard back from them…

Ordered from this teen employed, high school food court. Then had Missing items. I asked about the missing items, they got hostel. Heck Wal-Mart has better employees than these….. Dusty ashee buns, as the Sahara. Fries oily as olive gardens salad. Oh boy the “Wings” with half of half the sauce. I have the money to spend . So threw them away. 11:00pm Bell gardens location was such a disappointment, I went with a group of coworkers to enjoy a quick meal and was completely caught off guard with the incompetence and lack of regard towards the patrons. We received our order incomplete and then we were questioned if we “ate” the meal, all while we barely received the order in a two minute check. All this while the woman looked at our plus size coworker up and down while making the “well did you eat it comment” we all work in the food industry and couldn’t believe the disrespect and on top of everything we still had to wait over thirty minutes for the meal that was missing.
