Just got my food delivered I even tipped and I asked for extra seasoning for my fries and it is so bland no seasoning at all. I ask for a sweet tea and got a unsweetened one. This is the third time in the row my order is wrong. I order wingstop from a different location for now on even though this one is closer to my house.

Best Wingstop experience I’ve had in Sparks. The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. The real highlight was Aracely—her customer service was top tier. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was right. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Because of her, this visit stood out and I’ll definitely be coming back. November 25th at 1130 I am beyond impressed with the staff here at this Wingstop, especially the two ladies at the front. I had someone wait me immediately, not less than 2 minutes and my food was ready. These ladies stayed on their feet the entire time I was in the store. Always finding something to tidy, clean, or restock. The food was some of the best wings I’ve had on the west coast so far. Bathrooms clean, as soon as customers were done with their food counters were cleaned. Insane props to the staff.

So, the wings were cold. Ordered the mango habanero, came out cold. I gave the tray back asked for them to be cooked again. Idk if the cook got mad. They came out again but way over cooked. Idk watch changed over a the year. But the food went down and so did the service. Won’t be coming back.

Always a good experience at Wing Stop. The wings are big and full of flavor. Always cooked to Perfection and never dry. The Fries are sooo good also. Perfectly seasoned too!! Aracely was an excellent server and truly made our experience memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time.
