First Wingstop trip in Nevada. Ordered the garlic parmesan and haunted habanero classic wings. Unfortunately didn’t find out till I got home that I got the Armageddon flavor instead of the haunted habanero. Oh, well. The wings were still pretty good and the snafu didn’t warrant a return 30 to 45 minute return trip. The service was good and friendly, though.

Just left that store, and the store manager was very rude. I ordered a thirty four thirty with all the the fixings…. When I got home there was only chicken.Nothing else so I went back and asked the man what happened to all the fries and celery and carrots and stuff, and he said it didn’t come with that.That we just ordered just chicken. While trying to tell him my side of the order. He became very argumentative with my sixteen year old daughter and myself. This whole thing is very ridiculous. I asked for a refund like 5 times. While he ignored me, another customer stepped in and repeated that I wanted a refund and to please help me.. i will never order from this store ever again. I don’t suggest this store to anyone.

Why does the food take over an hour when ordered ahead? The lack of working and urgency at this location is mind blowing. I have never had a quick and efficient experience here. All you are doing is cooking wings?!?!? Prices are way too high to get this sort of experience. Will not go to this location ever again, it needs to be shut down.

okay so first things first, orders are not on time. everything depends on the app now i guess because i order my food, and then wait almost an hour as i watch people get their orders that had just walked inside. like okay i guess we dont manage orders in order now. and then the atmosphere. dirty. everywhere. napkins on the floor, chicken on the floor, spill stains on the floor, etc. i almost tripped from how slippery the floor was. and the food was really soggy. i had to throw it away. money sure well spent. just dont come here, its not worth it.

Since they use DoorDash to deliver, there’s no recourse if your food gets stolen when ordering delivery through the app. Spent a bunch of time trying to get a refund through the app, made a complaint through the app (never heard anything back), called the store several times, but wasn’t able to get any resolution. Used to order a few times a month but never ordering from them again. Absolutely worthless customer service.

I orderd a order of 80 dollars as well tipped an additional 20 so spending 100 received 2 out of my 6 items but received all my drinks but not all my meals? ( dont know how they wouldn’t catch that) Called to see what i could do and they sounded annoyed. What’s annoying is i can’t get the food I payed for and they get additional money with a tip. As well i got a estimated waite about forty minutes took over a hour twenty. Usually I’m not one to complain especially sense I’ve worked in fast food so I get it but this time I’m pissed.
