The pizza was just about as good as a gluten free pizza you can get from a planet pizza. Don’t pay the extra money to order something of the same quality you can get somewhere else and way cheaper. Burnt thin crust. Cheese and toppings fell off. I understand gluten free pizza is difficult but if you’re going to name yourself “gluten-free pizza factory” you have got to do better than a knock off planet pizza version of gluten free pizza. If you want GOOD gluten free pizza, go to colony grill. Nice delivery guy though. And quick. Just bad quality pizza.

Not a ‘real’ gluten-free place – in fact, it’s not even called Gluten Free Pizza Factory on the sign, menu or anywhere else. When I went in to ask if this actually was Gluten Free Pizza Factory, the guy behind the counter looked at me like I was from another planet. They do have a token gluten-free pizza, but even the menu says in very tiny print that it’s not a certified facility. The regular pizzas looked great and are probably awesome, to be fair, but this was disappointing after traveling 45 minutes out of my way while passing through CT.

I cannot believe this is cauliflower crust. Delicious and very well done (for what it is; a healthy pizza). A little expensive and I wish they made bigger pizzas.
