I have ordered takeout bone-in wings from this location several times, and aside from one misstep, I have had excellent experiences. The misstep I mentioned occurred when I ordered a combination plate of buffalo mild and lemon pepper wings; the mild wings didn’t have any sauce on them, and the restaurant closed shortly after I ordered them, so I couldn’t take them back.
A few days later, I called and spoke to manager Nessa about the mild wings being sauceless, and she was pleasant and understanding. She offered me a credit for a future order. I used the credit and spoke with an employee who said Wingstop changed the recipe, so they cook the wings so the buffalo sauce soaks in. The employee put some extra buffalo sauce into my order, and even with the sauce, it still didn’t taste as good as when the wings came saturated with buffalo sauce.
I placed another order and inquired about the new way they make the buffalo mild wings from a female employee, and she said Wingstop hasn’t changed anything, but the employees aren’t making it right.
I loved the way the mild wings came saturated with sauce before, and I am not fond of the “ let the sauce soak in” approach. Therefore, I will order all lemon pepper wings until they return to the wet buffalo mild wings.
I ordered mild buffalo wings at a different location, and they were the tasty, wet, mild wings I love, so there must be a learning curve in the kitchen here. Regardless, all the staff I encountered have been pleasant, and it’s not killing me not to eat the mild wings. This restaurant is still five stars despite the learning curve in the kitchen. I will continue to eat their scrumptious lemon pepper wings in the meantime.

They had a really good special online-chicken sandwich with french fries and drink for 8.99.

I’ve had meetings here now for a few days and I must say from front counter register employees to back of the house all so very attentive when dealing with customer service, I take it very seriously as I was told I was very fast efficient and I took my jobs with pride. I can definitely notice good workers. Highly recommend place if you visiting town and need a good stop not too far from the allegiant stadium!!

So my 1st experience initially sucked..I literally only ordered 2 lrg fries & a ranch in which they told me it was ready but it wasnt so I had to wait an Xtra 5min for them, just to get it & they managed to mess that up some how. But Donna/Danna the manger came & over excelled on her customer service..making sure to keep true to her promise of making it right the next time I came in & SHE DID..I would have given them a 1 star.. but due to her calm & satisfying help, it made it worth a 5 star. Thank you again

Ordered via app for a pick-up the next day, anticipating a busy day (NCAA). Arrived at my scheduled time and apparently my “ticket” had not printed.

I’ve ordered bone in wings, wedges and veggies 3 times. Wings were cooked crispy just how I like them. Wedges were hot and fresh as well. The only issue I’ve experienced has been with the veggies. They’re not very fresh and they give a small amount.
Other than that, so far so good.

I don’t eat wings often but when I do, Wingstop is usually where I go. I hate soggy food – wings, fries, celery sticks- and living in Mountains Edge, this was usually the issue when I picked up from either the Spring Mountain/Rainbow or Tropicana/Decatur locations. By the time I got home, the food (especially the fries) would be soggy. No more – I’m very happy to have you so close to home, Wingstop – thank you!
