I only post reviews when services/products are abysmal or amazing. One of those times was for the Wingstop on Missouri, and it was only after 5+ horrible experiences that I reviewed. So although not amazing, this experience was a major improvement. So:

I ordered on a Tuesday night at 5:30. It gave me a window of 16 to 24 minutes, so I made an assumption to delay a little. At 6 I called to confirm food, they said it was ready and were polite about it. Grabbed my food; *nearly* everything was how I ordered. I ordered 15 bone in all flats garlic parm and fries. I ended up with 1 drum somehow, but I’m not going to complain about that tiny issue. The fries were very good; crispy, seasoned well, and still warm. The other wingstop could never even come close. The wings were also warm, cooked right, and tasty. They were a slight bit under seasoned/topped, but not a huge deal. I also think the oil was possibly a tiny bit past change time, but also, not a big deal. Even if this is the absolute BEST this location can do, they are still leaps and bounds above the Missouri location. I will update this if my next few visits are not as good.

Olivia took very good care of us. She was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Great customer service and attitude. The food was Hot and delicious. The fries were freshly made. I like coming to this location even though it’s farther out for me. I have been here quite a few times since they have opened and always good experience. Yes I’m not going to lie the wait time are sometimes crazy but they are always very busy. Today when we went I was in shock because it wasn’t that busy and was able to eat comfortably. I asked the gentleman at the register if he was the manager, he said he was. I let him know the great experience we had and how great the food was and the customer service was pleasant . So to Mr. Ramon and to the crew here Thank you once again. Y’alls crew today was wonderful. I think you’re doing a great job Managing, you are very professional, respectful,polite and kind. I have had to wait a couple of times before but that’s because this placed gets so so busy. I understand why people get frustrated but we also gotta consider the amount of orders that are coming in thru walk in phone orders online orders and dash /deliveries it’s pretty crazy. I think last time I waited 45 to an hour but it was crazy busy. I had to step out because it was overly crowded. I like this location better than Solano I’ll tell you that much. The customer service over there was great but the food not so much.

We experienced a significant failure with WingStop, and have been waiting on the promised refund, waiting now for 3.5 weeks. The owner posted back to my review, “he takes the service failure to heart and will do better and wants to turn this around” it’s a quick fix, a refund. There is still no refund, after the owners words.l have also requested to talk with manager or owner, no response. Looks like empty words again

We placed an order at 2:22 PM to be picked up at 6 PM. When we attempted to pick up the order we were told we’d have to wait an additional 45 minutes despite placing the order 3 1/2 hours prior to pick up time. When requesting a refund we were told by the gentleman at the store we need to place the order for an earlier pick up time- for example if we wanted an order completed for pick up at 6 PM we need to order it to have it completed at 5 PM in the ordering system. This makes zero sense. It seems a restaurant needs to look ahead on orders as they come in and prioritize orders that are placed for in advance.

Order was over an hour late when I went in to pick it up the staff couldn’t say anything other than it would be a while as 3 of them just stood up there and did nothing. The orders were so backed it was a zoo in there no control or order anywhere. And after an hour and a half of waiting the food came out cold I get it’s a new restaurant but they need better management. I never write reviews being from the service industry but this felt like it needed to be addressed as it wasn’t addressed by anyone at the store at the time. No manager presence what so ever.

First time at the new location. Placed online order just after 5pm, was quoted 16-21 min per my email. Arrived just after 5:30pm, and was told that it would be another 20 min. When I said, that’s what I was quoted 30 min ago, the gal at the register just said, “Yeah..” – no explanation, no nothing. So far, not impressed, but the food better be hot and fresh. You guys really need to update your wait times for online orders – this is a huge issue at your other location here in town, too. Or else I need to place my order at 8am..

Ordered food in advance online. Person who went to pick it up waited an hour and a half after the time the order was supposed to be ready. Food gets to me with the wrong drinks and ice cold corn. But wings were warm and crispy and fries were hot so a few stars given for the food. I’m not asking for gourmet service out of a fast food joint.. but at least the fast part would be nice or even relative to fast. I picked this one due to proximity to my house.. but I’ll wait quite a while before trying it again.

I placed our online order at 5:02pm, it stayed my order would be ready between 21-23 minutes. My husband walked out of the restaurant with our order at 5:58pm. New restaurant, okay make adjustments to your order ready time. This is not okay. So many people walking in to get refunds. Waiting close to an hour for 20 wings… not so sure it’s worth the wait. Sadly. Had higher expectations of this second one opening up.

It’s crazy that a new place has such a low rating! We ordered ahead of time – same arguments as stated in other comments – food wasn’t ready. The food was overpriced and under seasoned. The service was not great either. When our food was ready, they abandoned the front counter for an extended period of time. My food was set on the counter in a bag without anyone to give it to me. I just helped myself to get it. The workers are teenagers to young adults who are just going through the motions. We are disappointed and really wanted this to be a place where we could visit frequently, but I don’t think so.

I had placed an online order incorrectly, and when I went to pick it up, I found myself with boneless wings when my children wanted bone in. I asked if I could make an additional order due to my error and the manager stepped in, expedited it and did everything he could to make sure I got exactly what I needed as quickly as possible. The younger staff act like young staff do, but the manager was super helpful and kind and I greatly appreciate his service.
