Idk if I was just hungry but wingstop hit the spot today. The food was delicious. I got 6 boneless original hot, basic, but it had enough sauce. Usually it doesn’t. The fries i get them extra lemon peppered seasoned and I ate them all. They were well seasoned, unlike other times. The male employee who greeted me and helped me out was super nice too. I was very happy how everything came out today. Keep up the good work!

Major concerns, management issues gloror. I placed an order on-line Jan 22nd for pickup 24th, the order was duplicated, so duplicate orders. I personally went in to have one of the 2 orders refunded, they did not know how to complete the refund. I requested to talk with district manager, never called. I have called Corp office and have reviewed 3 times over the last 3 weeks. No refund but say it’s coming and understand the frustration. Today Feb 9th, no refund of $43 duplicate charges.
This place has big, big, issues, stay away!

We made a mistake of actually going to the restaurant to sit down and eat. BIG mistake.
The store is clean “enough”. But there had to be 8-10 delivery drivers waiting for food at any time.
We ordered, told them we were eating in. The cashier said 25-30 minutes. At 35 minutes I went to the counter to check the status of our food. The other young man behind the counter said it would be 35-40 minutes! More?! I said no sir, I’ll get my money back and leave before I wait another 35 minutes.
After some discussion in the back he came back and said they were working on our order now.
Still took 10 minutes longer.
We asked for salt and were told they had none.
The wings were”ok” at best (6 boneless Original Hot) and the fries were down right disgusting… very limp and greasy.
We put all our trash in the bag our food came in but there was not one trash can in the entire restaurant area so we left it in the table.
Outside the store, there was a trash can that was overflowing. The patio area was very dirty.
We have visited Wing Stop locations in several states and this was by the far the worst experience.

The wings are good but it was a 3 hour wait even though I order online the day before and they still did not have my food ready for the set time. Everyone in front of me also didn’t have their orders. The service and time management of this new spot is terrible.

New location sucks. It’s been over 3 hrs waiting for my food. Expected no less than the one from el paseo. Line is long. Every body standing inside and outside. Only 4 tables inside. 12 seat. If you order here make sure you order at noon for you can get your food by afternoon.

Horrible quality control on Halloween night…
So disappointing for $75!!!
-Left out our 10 piece corn order
-Left out 3 extra ranches
-Left out my dad’s cheese sauce for his fries which he lives for.
-Didn’t toss our hot honey wings, so they were dry and basic bland wings.
All after waiting a full hour.
Like check the bags how hard is it, you take our money so easy then rob us of the product we paid for. Really disappointed after handing out candy to kids in the community all night and choosing Wingstop to feed our family.
Do better.

Always would buy from this location & ONLY location in las cruces and never again, especially after no help from the General Manager… called and tried explaining that they gave us uncooked chicken for a UFC gathering fight night & couldn’t help unless I drove all the way back from across town that same night… you would think the manager would be understanding but guess they don’t gaf
Good way to lose service ✌ and now I’m realizing all the bad reviews at that location should of stopped going long ago

I was asked to bring back my entire order because 5 wings were missing. When I returned, the cashier opened the box and counted each wing by hand, touching all of them. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the ranch was missing — even though I offered to pay for it just to resolve the issue. The customer service was terrible, especially considering the prices they charge.

Tonight we received the absolute worst service from a gentleman named Josh. The “manager”. After explaining to him that we found a 7 in hair in my chicken sandwich he was very rude and just asked me to bring the food back and they will replace it. After driving 20 mins to pick up the food and to drive another 20 mins to take the food back and wait for another sandwich is ridiculous! At this point why would I even want another sandwich my appetite is gone!! Josh told me that’s the “best “ he could do for us. I wasn’t expecting a refund I was expecting an apology and didn’t get that. The service at this location has always been the worst. The food is terrible and not to mention the wait is never accurate. Wingstop really needs to do better..

Place is busy and cool. Hard to find a clean table and the floors always have straws. The soda machine is behind the counter to limit your refills, as they are always busy. They were playing hockey games on TV and classical music over the speakers. It would be been better to listen to the game imo. Food is good, but fries have issues sometimes. THEY DO NOT give military discounts for active duty/veterans or disabled veterans. Only for in duty POLICE officers. Kind of messed up. I used to eat here weekly but now it’s a once in a blue moon deal now.
