They had a homeade sign that stated they couldn’t honor all wings, drums or well done. The sign should have stated that the workers were to incompetent enough to separate. I would check to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way before taking a bite.

I ordered on the app for pickup and paid around 60 dollars for everyone’s meals all together. Waited an hour for the pick up time. Then had to wait another half hour. Most wings in the order was lemon pepper flavor, sadly no lemon pepper flavor on almost all wings that were supposed to be lemon pepper. The fries were hard and cold. I was super sad cause I was craving Wingstop for almost a week and finally had time to get it and wanted my family to try it as well. I was very disappointed that this my family’s first impression of Wingstop. Beforehand when I would eat here it was extremely good and everything was made perfectly. But my last two recent orders were disappointing. I don’t think I will be back sadly. 🙁

I hadn’t came in awhile because of the long wait, After a couple months I gave it another try, and it is getting way better. Your wait used to be 45 minutes to an hour, which is ridiculous and your fries were always black from the dirty oil. And this time, the wait was pleasantly under 20 minutes and your fries. We’re a normal fry color.. the only thing that sucks is no cash payments. I for one, pay all my bills and whatever I have left. I use it in cash for my takeouts and stuff to not be charging my card. So yeah, hopefully you guys will change it back. It’s ridiculous not to take cash.

Starting January 2nd 2025 they going to CONVERT TO A FULLY CASHLESS RESTAURANT. So it’s just going to be DEBIT, CREDIT CARD, AND CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS and online orders ! A lot of people carry cash so going to be tough for everyone. We do online ordering only so I just go and pick up.

I want to start off by saying that the young lady in the front this night was not pleasant and didn’t greet us. She walked away as I was standing at the register and some young man took the order instead. Also, I used to work at wingstop so I am very understanding amd aware of how much time it takes to cook more chicken and fries if there was any that ran out, but waiting 45 minutes to an hour (or probably even more! I walked in at 10pm and it was 11 something when I left). All for 4 meals is especially unacceptable. I understand that online orders are also a priority, but others that were waiting were getting meals before me and the people I was with. I saw it on the board and we were always next but it kept skipping. I also ordered my fries to be Lemon pepper, and I asked for extra lemon pepper seasoning on the SIDE. I got fries that were heavily salted in lemon pepper to the point where it was unbearable to eat, and my wings were lemon pepper when I ordered mild? I also didn’t get the lemon pepper on the side like I asked. When I went up to ask for lemon pepper seasoning, the young lady gave an attitude while telling me I had to pay for it even though I already did. She was so rude even though I was kind after waiting all that time and gave a gentle reminder about the lemon seasoning being missing. Didn’t even say goodbye or your welcome when I said thank you. Wingstop means a lot to me n many ways, and I don’t want this location to ruin that for me. Please get new employees!!
