I have given ample opportunity for this location to do better- the past FOUR orders that I have ordered have been messed up in one way or another. I never got the refund as promised and the manager has not been helpful at all. I believe this is the worst location between here and Pell City.

Love this place! The food is great, and the inovative ideas, through the years, to get people through the drive-thru at top notch speed; have been spectacular! My daughter and I hit Chick-fil-A each week after her music lessons, and watch a Trivia show together on YouTube on our way home (Detormentis, you should check his channel out btw) … That may sound like a Grade-A cheesy time, lol, but I wouldn’t trade a million dollars for that time together and that awesome food

The fries was great, My husband and ate there last night i was so nauseous after we left. Woke up to my husband vomiting all night! Plus diarrhea. Im pretty sure he has food poisning. Anyone else get sick from there???

Went in because I love mac and cheese. Commercial made my mouth water over crispy top. Not found on mine??? Super disappointed. Tastes dull like reheated frozen TV dinner mac. Top it off, dry, over cooked chicken. Best part of meal was not tasting anymore. Just my experience. We wont be back.

I got grilled chicken nuggets like I always do at chic fil a .. the nuggets were a bit dry and didn’t have much flavor .. they are usually moist and have a kinda citrus flavor to them…was kinda sad for $8.. I don’t know what was up … maybe they were old ? Anyway I hope they are better next time…
