I went in to order some tenders, and fries. When I got home my tenders were super soggy, but I literally live 5 minutes away so I know it wasnt from sitting in the bag. Even though the outside was soggy, the inside was not juicy at all. The flavor was extremely potent, and overwhelming. Worst tenders I’ve ever had. My fries were decent, but again, way too much seasoning. I love my fries well seasoned but that was way too much. I kept getting big mouthfuls of the stuff, to the point I couldn’t even taste the food. Even my drink was bad. It had ice in it, but was still warm somehow? All these mess ups for $25. The workers are friendly, but between my experience, and reading other reviews, its obvious the place is being run by a bunch of teens who just don’t care. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another wingstop again after this extremly disappointing experience. Theres much better options. This place needs serious help.

If heaven were material, it would be manifested in this very Wing Stop. From the sheer curiosity and awe-inspiring wondering if your foods gonna be made differently is exquisitely surprising. An extra pickle on a sandwhich. Extra sauce on the wings. Even a curve ball like Bones, found settled in your Bone Less wings. No, these are not wings with the bone-in, Bone Less Wings. With Bone in them. Aside from the Niche art of Surprises, I still go back each time. Why you ask? All the other wing Stops dont make them like these do. None of them. I repeat NONE OF THEM have the pure style and suave as THIS wing stop. Workers are always so kind. I feel warm and welcomed. My Home. It doesnt matter if theres never any ranch, thats Trivial to me. This place is beauty Incarnate in it’s truest form. If theres ever a spot you need to get lunch, dinner, a quick snack, a full meal, This wing stop is your way to go. Its charm, and delicous selections Massively outweigh the minut errors.

I came in earlier today and the flavor was so potent but in a good way! I got the hot honey rub chicken sandwich combo and the fries were perfectly seasoned and the sandwich was absolutely to die for!!! The employees definitely made an impact on me and they seemed like they got together really well! they made the environment seem so fun. I felt very welcomed when I came in but I always do! I have went to this place so many times and I have never regretted it once. overall, one of my top favorite fast food places 10/10 would recommend!!!

I placed my online order at 10:35pm on 03/22/2024. I went to the store and paid at 10:56pm.. The cashier whom helped me went to the back to check my order, returned to the counter to tell me they were working on my order. At 11:08 I was told they lost my order if I have my receipt. I showed my receipt and they took it. I also, showed them my online receipt and the time it was placed(10:35pm) I asked for the managers name (Jorge) and the young man came to the counter and asked how could he help
Me. I explained what happened and he was I was misinformed that my order wasn’t lost, but that they are just now dropping my order. I didn’t receive an apology or any type of compensation. I received my order at 11:20pm on 03/22/2024 I checked my order and they tried to give me two tenders because it was stated they dropped the patties on the floor. Instead of asking me if it was okay or if I mind waiting they just gave me that. Then I was told they were only remaking one of the sandwiches that contained chicken tenders, that if I want to wait they can remake the second one. At that point I just said forget it. After all this I was then told “ I apologize, here are some cookies!” Mind you, you can see they were old and have been sitting there. This is unacceptable. I waited for over an hour to receive my order. During the time I was waiting, karaoke and a lot of joking off, and rude comments were made. I did ask for a refund but they kept insisting my order was coming.

The energy and atmosphere at this location is awesome!!! Picking up my daughter’s birthday dinner and everyone was so friendly and awesome and let us know out order was almost ready and they were bagging it up! Excellent customer service we will definitely be back!!!

Asked for extra sauce and crispy. They were slimy and not crispy at all! Plus basically no sauce. I only ate one and had to leave. The sodas were mixed up in the machine. Diet was in regular Coke. Dr Pepper I have no idea what was in that one didn’t taste like Dr Pepper. Too small and not clean.

My daughter loves this place. I had never been. They have some good meal deals, didn’t care too much for cheese fries, but wings are decent, service was good, we ordered more food than we needed but overall I would return.

We’ve been waiting for a Wingstop in Surprise! Place is small, but looks great. This location just opened today and the staff was overwhelmed upon opening. Even so, they were efficient and friendly. Food was great, but Cherry Coke did not taste like it.

We ordered Wingstop through uber eats and accidentally ordered to my work address, I immediately canceled the order since there wasn’t an option to change the address. I called the number for customer service and was told to basically pound sand I wasn’t getting a refund even though the food had not been made. I called the store and verified it wasn’t made. The manager was very friendly professional and gave me credit so I was not out the money uber eats cost me.
