Called in an order and was pleasantly surprised when I got someone on the phone who wasn’t rushing and beyond helpful! I also am someone who asks for specific requests and was so happy the food delivered! Everything was above exceptional! Cleanliness of the store, customer service, timing of my order and the food! 10’s all across the board. By far the best experience we’ve had with any Wingstop or fast food restaurant in general.

I ordered some wings that were on a deal that the company dont have now and I was giving boneless wings but didn’t know it got home and was kinda upset I went back and I asked for actual wings with bone in and the manager was very kind and said he would take care of it and got right on it and I ordered 40 wings which is a large amount to have to replace so I would absolutely recommend this wing stop and will return here again and only th8s store. Thx to the manager it’s much appreciated that you honored something that is no longer on menu but still on website so thx to you

I love wingstop, but this location was terrible. The boneless wings were so tiny, hard & crunchy. They tasted like they’ve been fried 3 times. My normal location in sandy is excellent & the boneless wings are huge & fresh. This location was a waste of money. We ordered the 50 pack boneless wings

I have gone to Wingstop a couple of times and tried to placed an order, only to be told that I could not get exactly what I wanted, as well as gotten dirty looks from the people that I’ve ordered from, as I’ve asked for a manager who corrected them, and told them this is how you get the gentleman what he wanted.., why would I come to a place that has such a rotten attitude toward the people who are willing to give them money… I’ll make my wings at home from now on, thank you very much!!

Every time I visit this Wingstop, I have a great experience! The staff is always super friendly—especially the guy who took my order. He was polite, helpful, and made the whole process really smooth.
The food came out incredibly fast and was fresh, hot, and really delicious. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate.
Overall, this location is just super efficient and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Wingstops I’ve been to! Highly recommend.

If you like missing food, long refund waits, and zero accountability — this West Valley Wingstop is your dream. This is now the second time they’ve “forgotten” to include my corn. The first time it happened, I called and was told I’d have a credit for the missing item. Today, I ordered my usual 6-piece combo and a side of corn — and again, no corn. Came here to pick up 2 DoorDash orders. One girl with dark hair around 1:20am 07/24/25 was giving hella attitude to both her coworkers. Continued to fight with her male coworker the whole time I was waiting. I get being flustered over the amount of orders before close but I did not want to stay here and wait for my 2 orders because of her.

This wingstop is a newer location and tonight was the first night I dined in. The atmosphere was the same as other locations with the exception of more seating and newer facilities. There is not a touchscreen coke machine but the service more than made up for that. The staff was very nice and Luis especially was a great example of how great service can really bring a customer back! His service was amazing and the food never tasted better.
