Personal disclaimer: I always order through the app and do drive-thru pick-up.
I have been to many McDonald’s locations and this location has consistently been the best experience in the greater Columbus area. The food is always hot and the fries well salted and fresh. This specific location has spoiled me to where it is the only McDonald’s I want to get food from when I want McDonald’s.

Food was okay. On the other hand if you plan on dinning in prepare for the worst dine in area in McDonald’s history. Only has two seats in doors and two tables outside. If your a normal human being and have to use the restroom, think again. Restrooms for employees only.

Never answers their phone. Never returns phone calls rarely get machine and Never get a response if message is left. Rarely gets order right. Latest in a long line of errors food incorrect. Ordered food for delivery and it was all horrible not that its ever really good to begin with. My qpc was to have extra cheese extra pickles no onions to due allergy and it had onion on it no extra cheese and no pickles. And was missing monopoly gaming pieces on both it and the large smoothie ordered in app (store app) for delivery. Fries were to be insalted. — they had salt and tasted stale. This came after a separate ti.e going through the drive through and having yo pay twice for a frappe drink they messed up the first time I immediately authorize it circled back around tried informing them of this so they could correct error of which it was already paid for to be charged a 2nd time for the same things!! Food is consistently worse than every other mcdonalds in the area. Placed an order through the mobile app on christmas because the app said they were open. They were not. Have been going back and forth with mcdonalds corperate and the store manager because they still have not refunded me for the food i did not receive. The manager has ghosted me so I will be filing a dispute with my bank

1st time at this McDonald’s during my school lunch and I just would like to state that, had I not have to be back at school on time, I definitely would have came back, I am highly disappointed!! VERY disgusted….to notice someone’s long piece of hair in the cup that Ive been drinking from, I never had this happen to me before , ruined my whole meal , almost wanted to vomit smh you guys should definitely be wearing hair nets at all times, this was definitely unsanitary and I will not be back !

Nothing against the service at this place because everyone was pleasant, but when did the McFlurry start being a McParfait? Honestly they just need to change the name. There have been multiple times and multiple McDonald’s where they dont bother blending the topping into the ice cream. They are just sprinkling it on top. It would be better if they at least layered it, but this feels like yet another thing that’s not worth spending money on.

I was Pulled forward for my order I’m not sure for what other than maybe trying to make service time
Meal was cold I was pulled forward without giving my drink after three different people came out and asked me what my drink was
I had ordered a fruit punch by the way I was given a Fanta orange
On top of that half my order is missing

I ordered a 20 piece chicken mcnugget for my kids, and they only gave a 10 piece. Also, I ordered three large fries, and this is what I received. See photo. It’s so annoying, but this location is known to mess up orders. Today, I finally decided to leave a review. Always check your drove thru order because it is most likely incorrect or missing food.

Visited this location this afternoon. Drive thru. When I pulled up to the pick up window I was handed my diet coke while my food was not ready. I took a sip. I asked was this just poured because the diet coke is flat? I was told, with a shrugged shoulder, it’s our machine. It has been like that for over a week. Really!!?? Then fix it!! McDonalds is known for their coke!! I was then handed my food with no other words! I was ticked. I then went to eat the food that I waited for!..ugh…fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were cold, the only thing kinda hot was the burger. Which was not a good burger. Like they half put items on. Horrible.
