Very disappointing experience, especially for a pickup order. I expected decent quality. Instead, I received wings that were extremely greasy, with oil literally dripping and pooling at the bottom of the container.
The food looked rushed and poorly prepared. Some wings were barely sauced, others were soggy instead of crispy, and overall, it did not feel fresh at all.
I had to stop eating because it just didn’t feel right. Definitely not worth it, and I will not be returning to this location.

We order from this place alot. We know that we ordered right before they closed but we still payed the amount of money and deserved the right quality whether it was late or not. We ordered cajun boneless and habanaro boneless and they came completely half assed and not made properly. The fries has so much seasoning that it was not even enjoyable. Wed like to be made up of what we spent.

This Wingstop in Millcreek is a small spot, but even though it’s part of a chain restaurant, the wings are always fresh and delicious. The customer service is great, and it’s almost always busy but I don’t mind since it’s the closest location to downtown and definitely worth the wait. Perfect for a quick late night bite.

I don’t know who the hell thought it was okay selling wings that look like this. I’ve worked in The food industry, and no way in hell would I give a customer food that looks like this. You can clearly tell that these are waaaaaay over cooked. Out of 50 wings I ordered I’d say about 5 of them we okay. Called to see if they could refund me, and I was told I needed to talk to the GM about it I was informed I’d be called after their lunch rush. I still haven’t received a call back.
Update: talked to the General Manager, and he was so disrespectful. I tried to explain to him what was wrong with the wings, and he just dismissed me every time I tried talking to him. I Honestly think he needs to be fired, and that whole store needs to
Be retrained.

My husband and I had to stop here to pick up an order for doordash and the Hispanic girl working tonight (10-1-25) was beyond rude! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I was ignored as if I didn’t exist, doordashers who had come in after me were helped and handed their orders almost immediately all because they were flirting with her and she was acting thirsty.

My husband and I waited for a reply to emailing about this issue at this location, but have not gotten anything back for a couple weeks now. We have gotten wings from Wingstop before and they are normally fully coated with the sauce. These wings look like they were just drizzled on with no effort to toss them, and not enough sauce at the bottom to help coat them ourselves.

I just ordered a combo of wings and fries and the wings were completely dry and the fries were burnt, in short, I will not buy there again. It’s a shame.

I know it’s crazy to expect much from Wingstop of all places, but the service here is pretty dismal, especially for the price. The quality is crazy inconsistent, sometimes the wings have barely been tossed and other times they’re laying in a pool of sauce. They frequently forget sides, drinks and sauces as well which is always disappointing. Staff is always kind though.

We’ve been regular customers at this location for a while now. On our recent visit, we ordered four combos of the 10 classic wings. Unfortunately, we discovered that the ice maker on the soda dispenser was down, and the drinks were warm not even slightly cold.
Since we had traveled quite a distance, we were planning to dine in and enjoy a hot meal. I asked if we could substitute the fountain drinks with a cold 2-liter bottle of soda instead, but the young lady helping us said that wasn’t possible. I then asked if we could receive a small discount on the combos, and I would purchase the 2-liter myself. Again, she said no and only offered bottled water as an alternative.
As a business owner myself, I always try to see things from both the customer and business perspective. From a cost standpoint, how much does a 2-liter truly affect the bottom line? Is $4 really worth disappointing four loyal customers?
Just something to consider. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps the store improve its service and better understand the value of returning customers because they’re the ones who keep the doors open.

Ordered 4 different flavor wings and they crammed all 20 wings into a tiny container so everything was soaked in a mixture of all 4 flavors. Extremely disappointed.
