I left a bad review several months ago after a bad experience and just want to come back and say that this location has had a dramatic turnaround. The restaurant is clean, friendly, food is fresh and delivered timely. Staff seams happy and they greet you the moment you walk in which is a breath of fresh air compared to when I left the bad review a few months ago. Very impressed with how well this location is now run. Great job. 5 solid stars now.

This is the worst location I have ever been to and would suggest avoiding it, especially at dinner time. The dining room/waiting area is incredibly small. There was an average of 22-25 people waiting the whole time I was there.
I placed my order on the app. It indicated that it would be ready in 13-18 mins. I arrived after about 15 mins, and it took about an additional 30 mins to receive my order.
They did mess up the order, but I figured it was not worth the wait to have them remake it.
The employees that were assisting customers were friendly, despite people being annoyed with the situation.
I would highly suggest driving to another location, especially if it’s during the traditional meal time or special occasion/event.

Staff was super friendly. My wings were sauced very well, were fresh and delicious! The corn was super fresh as well and tasted fantastic. The wait was super short as well which is always a plus when im on my lunch break. Ill definitely be back!
So I went back the next day because it was so good the day before. There were different people working and it showed heavily. My wings were so hard I couldn’t even stab my fork into them. Some wings were actually cold. It just wasn’t fresh and was hard to eat. It hurt my gums trying to bite into rock hard chicken. Idk how it could be different when the process is pretty simple. Also the wings weren’t sauced as well. Lots of dry spots you could tell they just didnt shake it in the bowl good or something. Im going to keep the 5 stars and hope it was just a fluke but if a wingstop manager reads this then your issue is with your employees.

They’ve obviously improved. Judging by the older reviews they weren’t off to a good start. We ordered a pretty decent sized order, got there within 20 minutes and our order was already in the bag and ready for us to go. It was accurate, and the staff was friendly. I usually wait to go to places that just opened up because they’re going to have some growing pains.

Honestly one of the worst wingstop places here in the valley, i placed my order ahead of time, when i arrived to the store there was a huge line already which is typical for any wingstop..but the difference was that the cashier was just not doing his job properly, wasting everyones time by making unnecessary decisions, any way i got my meal and my god the bag..was drippinggg! with sauce, like it’s unbelievable everything was super messy and to finish it off they didnt even bother to put the ranches that WE PAID FOR. just go to another spot tbh or wish good luck lol (i had cleaned most of the mess)

As this is a newer location. I waited for the time to slow down. Went here for dinner tonight and most places foods is wrong, so my expiration was low. They turned that really quick the food was ready to pick up in time. The two men working were very nice and said if any is not right please let them know so they can make it right. We’ll everything was there, hot, good. Will be going back. Very nice staff it was clean. Thank you.

These guys need to get a system, I’m a dasher and come in ask for the name and then sit their for 15 minutes for an order that turns out was on the shelf the whole time! Time is money for us. and I get it can be busy but watching them work bout gave me an anurisem got ppl standing and others working fast! I have ordered from here so many times. One of my favorite locations. The employees are always nice and I’ve gotten delivery and take out from this location. They have never messed up our order even when I’ve gotten a couple flavors.
Sometimes the wings aren’t as saucy as I would like but that makes sense based on the complaints they’ve gotten.
Whenever we do takeout they heavily emphasize that they will fix anything wrong with your order. I have never had an issue with this location!
