Incredibly frustrated. I ordered my cold cut combo asked specifically for it to be warmed as thats just how I personally prefer them. I also asked for LIGHT mustard and was givin extra. They also added tomatoes when i specifically asked for NONE. If i was allergic this could have been an incredibly huge problem. I want to love this subway but theres no way i can. This is not the first time my sandwich has been messed up and every other time I have let it “slide”. We had ordered online 15 minuets prior yet they where all outside smoking and didnt make our sandwiches until my fiance went inside. Incredibly frustrated, and displeased with service. They overall half assed it

I definitely enjoyed my veggie sub from here and the place was very clean including the parking lot and you can definitely tell that these workers go above and beyond when it comes to making their customers happy they definitely deliver the best service

Subs are okay, a little skimpy on the meat. It’s all pre-sliced and portioned wrapped. Veggies were another problem, lettuce looked a little unappealing, and the tomatoes were small, thinly sliced, and very mushy. Bread was okay

I had a pizza with double meat, double cheese. The cheese on top was melted, but the inside was lukewarm. I took it back to have it reheated. They gladly did as I requested. I think if they would ad maybe 10 seconds or so to make sure it is good and hot would be advantageous. Will definitely go back and order another pizza.

It has now been 3 times that i have ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with double meat (+3.00 per sandwich) and pick them up and upon arriving home finding one single layer of folded over roast beef. Was also stated in the intructions to make sure it had double beef especially paying $6 extra for and still there was no extra meat. Will definity goto shenandoah subway instead.
